A) SALVAGE: Credit for Demolition of building structures etc.complete and taking away all fetched material out of campus within 30 days after completing demolition part except the C&D waste kept for recycling and used the recycle product for non structural work such as in foot path, manhole, lean concrete, filling under plinth, re-filling of foundation etc. or as approved by Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect. The serviciable material received from dismantling/demolishing to be kept with executing agency and take away from the site as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Note : This amount to be paid by agency to the department. Quote the lump sum amount (in minus)

B) BUILDING WORK COMPLETE: Construction of multistoried RCC framed structure building (B1+B2+B3+G+6), as required furnishing complete including Planning, Designing, preparation of preliminary architectural & detailed working drawings, structural analysis & design by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect on EPC (design, built and handover) basis. The work shall be executed as per detailed / Technical specifications / scope of work mentioned in NIT and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the purpose of payment. 1.1: Completion of PCC, Raft foundation, lift Retaining wall, water proofing works below lift pit and sand filling below first Basement and upto roof of first basement.

Completion of RCC framed Structure from second basement to Terrace Floor.

Planning, Designing and Execution of the following development works & bulk services including preparation of preliminary & detailed working/ service drawings, structural drawings incorporating stipulated specifications & integration of all civil, electrical & Mechanical services (Internal and External) with External Development works all complete as per directions of Engineer- in- Charge. 2.1: Planning, Designing & Construction of cement concrete Road (RCC M-30), Dewatered Vacuum Cement Concrete of width 4.5 m/ 6.0 mtr. along with median, painting, footpath with paver block 60mm thick or minimum M-35 grade of concrete laid over 100mm thick PCC and M-10 grade and factory made precast kerb stone of M-25 grade on both side of road alongwith bell mouth / drain opening cross drain, sewerage line complete with manholes,external water supply line from UGT, fire ring main ,cable trench ,LV trench,Rain water Harvesting,Hydroneumatic Water supply pumps, ,Watercooler,Water treatment with RO , Fully Automatic Car Parking, Car Lift, landscape horticulture and other services sleeve and planning of other services not covered but required for successful commissioning of building etc., cast in situ RCC M-30 grade concrete strom water drain of 450mm width and minium 300mm varying depth required to maintain slope and discharge including covers etc all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge. The work shall be executed as per detailed / Technical specifications / scope of the work mentioned in NIT and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. As per layout provided and design requirement.

Electrical & Mechanical Works Planning, Designing, supply, installation testing and commissioning of all E&M services excluding VRV/VRF work complete with all Internal & external Electrical installations, LED fittings & fixture, fans, compound light , lightening conductor, telephone work, Lifts, Fire fighting, wet riser/down comer system complete with sprinklers, addressable fire alarm system, mechanical ventilation system smoke extraction system, pressurization system etc , Sub-station,, DG Sets, UPS,Solar photo voltaic power generation system,CCTVsystem,access control system,IBMS, lighting automation including occupancy sensors, LANSystem, IP Based EPABX system,street lighting with LED, audio-video system for conference/meeting hall etc, Boom barrier, Motorized Steel Gates Upto 6 metre Width, Emergency light and illuminated signages and signboards and connection to underground tank tank pumps Plant,cafeteria equipment as per the technical specifications, scope of work and list of makes mentioned in NIT complete with testing, commissioning, obtaining mandatory approvals and making E&M services functionable on EPC (design, built and hand over) basis complete as required.
