(b) Repair/maintenance by disconnecting cleaning greasing for wear and tear complete servicing,refixing,lathing installing and commission as directed by Engr-in Charge of all motorised and solenoid valves, Pressure Transmitters , Ultrasonic and magnetic Level sensors, The scope of work also covers; (i) Any changes in the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), e.g. Changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing, etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC) (ii)Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. Changes in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC) (iii) SCADA reports related to all the systems to be mailed to AGE/JE on every week. (1)To attend break down maintenance( within 4 hours of reported time) and replacement of unservicable spare parts as required at site

Note (i) All components/spare parts mentioned in this BOQ replaced shall be part of this work and does not comes under warranty period of original work and fixing charges of their of shall deemed to be include in this item,nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (2) All the calls related to unservicability/ break down of the system should be attend with in 4 hours, if failed so a penalty of Rs 1000/- can be imposed on each day untill the system gets repaired.

Note: a) The servicing of Motorised valve, PLC base control Panels shall be done by authorized representative of the Manufacturer only. The technician shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being a authorized representative of the manufacturer. (d) Memorandum of Understanding: The tenders shall submit memorandum of understanding (MOU) from the original equipment manufacturer of the PLC based control panels,to provide technical support and trained persons for maintenance and operation with the tender documents.If he fails to submit MOU along with the tender documents on date of receipt of tender and if he happens to be the lowest, he will be given 15 days time from the date of receipt of the tender to submit the same, if he further fails to submit the same with in 15 days from the date of receipt of the tender,his offer will be deemed revoked and Earnest money shall be forfeited/recovered , In addition such tenderer and his related firm/firms shall not be issued the subject tender in second call or subsequent calls . NOTE :- The spares required to replace against this item shall be not part of this work and comes under warranty period of original work
