Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, Socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses pendents, regulators, sockets etc for taking credit to be measured separetly including making good the disturbed portion/surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with colour coding multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and unsheathed size 1.5 sqmm with PVC concealed Conduit/wall surface ( dia not les than 25 mm) with fixing accessories for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch with pressed steel concealed terminal boxes covered with 3mm thick laminated sheet incl. contineous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable size 1.5 Sqmm for earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of Ceiling fan , Air circulator & wall mounted fans of any size any sweep and any capacity of fans using super enameled copper conductor of suitable gauge including insulation varnishing, packing including taking down and refixing the fans in original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: spares mentioned below will be measured and paid separatelly)
