Supply and filling in foundation and basement with Gravel in layers of not more than 100mm.thick well rammed watered and compacted with surface vibrator, watered and consolidated etc.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 50mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete.

Supplying and laying of Interlocking Paver Block Stone 63mm thick Over a base layer of crushed stone sandfilling incl. Cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc complete

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift, etc., complete

Supplying and painting the walls with One coat of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors, complying with standard specifications

Painting two coats with interior emulsion of approved quality and colour over a priming coat for inside wall surfaces including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc. complete.

Painting the Exterior walls with two coats of cement paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc, complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq mm PVC unsheathed multistrand copper cable of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall and covering with 3mm thick hylum with 5A FT switch with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm coper wire for open PVC light point

Wring with 2 x 1.50 Sq mm PVC unsheathed multistrand copper cables of 1100 V Grade in Suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall using 150x100x113 mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylum sheet covers for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush switch with continuous earth wire connection using 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open PVC plug point

Supply and fixing of 4' 18W LED 3000k flu.type fitting complete on wall/ceiling with tubes and PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminal to the fitting.

Supply and fixing of bulk head fitting (Philips / Bajaj / K.Lite / Crompton Greaves) with 9 W LED bulp with guard

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm.The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside.Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC 25 mm dia pipes of Class 5 (having working pressure of 10 kg/ sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety of the following dia including cutting, and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives. including cost of all materials, labour, etc., complete.
