Removing the burst 900 R.C.C. pipes from the pipe line and removal of slushy soil and baling out water and replacing the pipe line with sound pipe including jointing and cost of refilling the pipe line with water for retesting the pipe line etc., complete. (excluding cost of sound pipe and jointing materials and earth work) and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers Old Kuyavarpalayam Road 700mm depth 0 to 2 m

Earthwork excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10metres and initial lift of 2 metres in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, Hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth, and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil etc., complete.

Supply of M.S PIPES - SPIRAL/LONGITUDIDNAL WELDIND AS PER IS 3589/2001 WITH INTERNAL LINING AND EXTERNAL COATING MADE WITH FE 914X10 700mm TWAD Board

Dewatering the trenches during excavation and layhing jointing of sewers by engaging diesel pumpset up to 7.5 HP & fuel , crew,hire chatges transportation and all oyher items of work complete as per standard specifications and as directed by engineer TWAD Board Officers

Barricading work ( Where , there is less traffic areas and brother roads etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50 m center to center ( 8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80 m height) Vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vetical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers

Lighting arrangements (maintenance works) with genset: Hire charges for portable genset 1.00 KVA with 2 nos of 150W flood light including all incidental charges, transporation, crew charges and fuel charges etc.,complete.

Providing and laying PCC1:2:4 grade for levelling course for base of trenches/ channels etc., maximum size of coarse aggregate 40mm size curing by sprinking/ ponding of water etc., complete as directed

Refilling the trenches with suitable excavated earth available along the allignment after the pipes &specials are laid joimted &tested in layers &watering ramming &consolidation directed by the engineer in charge

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M-Sand in layers of 15cum thick well rammed and consolidated including watering complying with std. specification etc.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.
