Supply, Installation, commissioning & testing of horizontal, water-cooled, floor-mounted compact chiller unit of actual Minimum Cooling Capacity 3 x not less than 26 TR 2Working +1Standby), at local ambient conditions at Agra, with scroll-type multiple compressor (s), star/delta starter, S/T type water cooled condenser, S/T type insulated evaporator, step control as per manufacturer, common base frame, interconnected copper refrigerant piping, vibration isolators, gauge panel, automatic safety controls, Ozone friendly CFC-free refrigerant gas R-407C/134a & oil, polyvinyl nitrile rubber insulation of chiller and suction pipe. The motor shall be suitable for operation on 415 Volt ± 10%, 3-Phase, 50 Hz AC power supply. The chiller unit shall be complete with its microprocessor based control panel with starter for motors and condensors, required capacity capacitor bank, under and over voltage protection, single phase preventor, communication card starter with main switch. The chiller panel shall be compatible for remote control operation & should provide status (additional potential free contacts shall be required to perform this function). The chiller unit should be complete with discharge service valves to isolate refrigeration circuit, vibration isolators, antifreeze thermostat. Necessary civil work viz. PCC foundation, iron structure for placement of chillers, shall be covered in the scope of work. The chiller shall be as per the approved particular technical specifications and shall meet the following tentative design criteria:
[a] Max Local ambient temperature: 105 °F [b] Temperature drop through chiller : 4.4°C [d] Evaporator fouling factor: 0.0001° hr.Sq m2 / K Cal [e] Refrigerant (Ozone friendly type): R-407C/410/134a Note : 1. Temperature to be maintained by the plant is 20 + 5 degree celcius and RH up to 65+10. 2. The contractor shall submit the detailed design and complete working drawing of Ac plant from OEM including heat load calculation, plant lay out, Air distribution, network layout electricls panel details Complete set of design of draing from OEM shall be submitted for approval of Accepting officer with in one month from the date commencement of work. In case of requirement of TR more than specified in tender, financial adjustment will be done through DO 3. Minimum CoP = 4.7 and Min IPLV = 5.8 4. The noise level at 2 m should not exceed 75 dba 5. The rate quoted is inclusive of micrprocessor controlled cxapacitior bank to ensure PF of 0.95 (minimum). 6. All cabling will be with XLPE armoured 1100 Volt fireretardent cable. Internal wiring in control panel should be with PVC insulated FRLSH copper cable

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning factory fabricated cubicle type MV 01 no panel suitable for 52 TR or as per design capacity for compressor motor, pumps, chiller pumps, AHU, Hot water Generator, Humidifier etc with all accessories of AC plant including consisting of the 3 phase, 415 volt, 35 KA rupturing capacity made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated conforming to IP-54, including interconnection wiring, indicating lamps etc. The cubicle panel shall be free floor standing type, complete with interlocking arrangement & earth bus. The panel shall have compartmentalized arrangement to accommodate one feeder in each compartment. A vertical cable alley of suitable width shall be provided to serve one or two vertical feeder sections. Supply, commissioning erecting and testing complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silient (sound proof enclosure) Disel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 100KVA, CPCB-IV ,water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangements, exhaust pipe, battery of adequate capacity as per OEM recommendations for self starting purpose complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Agra (capacity of engine, alternators shall worked out taking allderating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) size 3.5mtr x 2mtrs anti-vibration pads complete all as specified and directed. The DG set shall be fitted with retrofitting of emission control devices (RECD) as per NGT norms including all feature to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of following components:-
(a). DIESEL ENGINE :- Diesel engine 1500RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, conforming to IS:100001/ISO3046/BS:649/BS:5514 amended upto date, for continous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivery 100 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Agra ( Taking all derating factor into consideration) fitting with the following accessories subject ot the design of manufacturer:- (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel. (ii) Air cleaner oil bath type (iii) Electronic Governor class 1 A with back up Mechanical governor class 1A Flywheel with starter ring (iv) Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level (v) Radiator cooling (vi) Radiator fan with guard (vii) Vaccum indicator (viii) Fuel filter and fuel hoses (ix) Fuel injection pump (FIP) (x) Fan and water pump assesembly (xi) Lub oil filter and pump (xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type started motor including adequate number of high capacity maint free lead acid battery as per manufacturer recommendation including inter connecting cables/leads with terminals complete with starting/stopping switch voltmeter, etc 01 set
(xiii) Engine safety shut down system against low oil pressure and high water pressure. (xiv) Exhaust gas driven turbo charge (xv) Oil filter (xvi) Lub oil cooler (xvii) Engine main manual with spare part list (xviii) Suitable designed acoustic enclosure as per CPCB regulations (xix) Any other item not included / specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer.
(b). Engine insttrument panel : Engine instrument panel shall comprising of the following:- (i) Starting on /off switch. (ii) water temp gauge. (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator (iv) Lub oil pressure gauge (v) Lub oil temperature gauge (vi) Battery charging meter (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lub oil pressure. (viii) Any other item not included/specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer.
(c ). ALTERNATOR shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 100KVA continuous operation at the speed of 1500RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz three phase, 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible couping and conforming to IS-4722 complete-01 No. Note:- Alternator should be able to deliver output rating at actual site condition.
Bottom mounted (or as per manufacturer design) steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 12 hrs continuous operation inside canopy with fuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete all as specifided and directed.
(d). Bypass arrangement by providing separate indoor panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 160 Amp is to be installed near AMF panel complete all as specified and directed. (i) Hour run meter. (ii) Any other item not included/ specified but is a standard design to the manufacturer.
(e). AMF CONTROL PANEL: Supply, fabricating and testing of factory made/fabricated cubical automatic main failure panel indoor type with degree of protection IP-42 conforming to IS-2147, suitable for 100KVA capacity DG Set, fabricated using 14 Gauge CRCA sheet, powder coated comprising of suitable rated copper bus bar,contactors of adequate rating for auto transfer of main/DG supply, internal wiring with control fuse, provn of connecting incoming and outgoing leads/ bus bar as approved with and including following accessories all as specified and directed :- (i) Master switch for auto/manual/reset/off-01 No. (ii) Digital type multifunctional meter for ampere, voltage, power factor, frequency etc -01 No. (iii) Push button start, stop, reset-01 No. (iv) Set of lamp for indicating load a set, low pressure, high cylinder temperature, load on mains, set fails at start, low oil presure. (v) Battery charger connected to load. (vi) Transformer of adequate rating. (vii) Ractifiers (viii) DC ampere meter and voltmeter. (ix) Fault accept / reset push button. (x) Set of relays and contactor 140 Amp suitable for 100KVA DG Set for automatic start and automatically shut down of suitable rating and capacity and 2 Nos MCCB 4 pole, 160 Amp, 25 KA, 4 pole thermal adjustable type of range 70-100% fixed on main supply and DG set supply. (xi) Make of AMF control panel shall be as per OEM recommendations.
S & F wall mounted type LED light fitting batten type complete with LED 1x 20 watt (4 feet long), extruded aluminium body with heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation and integrate electronic drive complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F factory made epoxy powder coated distribution board VTPN DB 4 ways coniform to IS 8623-1, IEC-61439-1&3 metal double door ,IP54 with acrylic top cover fabricated from CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including with insulated vertical phase bus bars, neutral bar, stranded DIN rail, earth bar,colour coded interconnectingwire set and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts complete all as specified & directed.
Outsourcing of services for operation of Central AC plant 3x26TR and DG set 100 KVA with one operator in one shift of 08 hours (including Saturday, Sunday and holidays ) at at AF Stn Agra comprising of the following equipments complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Chiller plant of capacity 2X26 TR working and 01X26 TR Stand by. (b) Chiller water /condenser water circulating pumps with electric motor (c) Hot water generator set 30 KW. (d) Hot water pump set (one working and one standby) . (e) Air Handing Unit -01 Nos (f) Humidifier . (g) Cooling tower (1working 65 TR) alongwith sprinkler pumps and tower pump set (h) DG set 100 KVA with AMF panel and LT Panel -01 set. Note :- (i) Contractor shall maintain adequate temperature and relative humidity 20 + 5 degree C & RH upto 65+/-10% as per design parameter of each AC plant. (ii) Complete AC Plant, Pre metallic filters, cooling towers and surrounding area is also contractor’s responsibility. (iii) Daily routine checking of electric connections of all components, refrigerants gas leakage etc if any in case of any major repair / breakdown same shall be brought to the notice of JE/Engr-in-charge. (iv) All operators should be ITI holder with two year experience in the operation of AC plant. (v) FOL and lubricants shall be issued by the department from AGE E/M (AF) Tech area Agra store yard for filling and it will be contractors responsibility for filling of oil/ lubricants in the fuel tank of DG sets all as specified and directed. (vi) Empty containers shall be returned by the contractor to the MES store at Agra. (vii) All operator will wear proper uniform as approved by GE. (viii) Contractor will employ additional manpower for rest/leave period. (ix) Panel recovery on account of non operation of installation/absent of operators from duty etc respective clause of department specifications shall be applicable as specified in PS (x) Proper handing/taking of operator to be done on shift rotation and operator should not leave the plant till arrival of next operator.
(xi) Insurance of all operators shall be contractor’s responsibility. (xii) Stationary for maintenance of records and documentation shall be contractor’s responsibility (Daily Log sheet, Attendance register, Wages register etc). (xiii) Contractor shall submit the nominal roll of persons to be employed alongwith qualifications / experience certificates, police verification, identification certificate to the Engr-in-charge within 10 days of commencement of plant operation. (xiv) The contractor shall operate the DG sets and connected panels for proper functioning of AC plant at the time of power failure and to maintain the system functional as per requirement. NOTE:- Rate quoted by contractor under this item shall be applicable for the period of manning and operation just after the completion of phase-lI and start of Phase-Ill upto 335 days.
