Boring of 30cm dia piles of single under reamed of 50 cm dia of bulb and 3.50 m. depth in black cotton soil with hand opreted auger machine including all labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work As per ch-04 seril no 04 IS Code 2911 (Part-III) 1980.

R.C.C. work with cement , appoved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in foundation and footing, (chapter 5 no. as S.I no 287-i)

Excavation in foundation in Black Cotton soil loam clay or sand i/c lift up 1.5 m and lead up to 30 mtr including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches (SI 251).

P/L of Cement and concrete 1:4:8 in foundation [1cement: 4 fine sand: 40 mm Stoneballast] complete including curing ramming etc completion. S I No281

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 and cement Course sand of 2.25 Coarse Sand modulus mortar in Foundation including supply of all metrerials ,labour and tools & plants etc. Required for proper completion of work. (S.I 305A )

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2.0 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lighter Beam excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and i/c supply of all materials required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost (SI 285).

Filling of Carted Earth upto a maximum distance 0f 5.00 Km From out side of market yard including watering eamming dressing etc. in 20 mm layer required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantities of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 kms from the site work and including watering, dressing etc rate to i/c cost of all materials, labour and T& etc required for proper completion of the work (Material 6A).

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 and cement Course sand of 2.25 Coarse Sand modulus mortar in super structeure for One Brick thick Wall including supply of all metrerials ,labour and tools & plants etc. Required for proper completion of work. (303.309.310)

PCC work with cement approved Coarse sand and 20mm (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in Proportion of 1:2:4 For Fixing of Hold Fast excluding supply of Reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. with all supply of all materials , Labour , T&P etc required for proper completion of the work . (SI.No. 279A)
