(PART-A-Road Work)-Cleaning of Jungle including up rooting of ranks , vegitation grass ,push, wood trees and sampling of girth upto 30 cm measured as a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m out side the periphery of area cleared (DSR Item No.2.31/2023)

Earth work by mechinical / manual means in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 'A tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and for all lift(DSr Item No.2.2.1/2023)

Construction of granular sub-base (G.S.B.)of app. Quality including supply of all material.labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work (A.R.)

Providing, laying spreading and compaction wet mix macadam (W.M.M) specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base cours on well preparsd surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORTH specification clause 406 Complete in all respects. Providing and applying tack Coat with bitumen 80/100 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORTH specification clause No. 502 complete in all respects. (A.R)

Providing and applying tack Coat with bitumen 80/100 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.30 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORTH specification clause No. 502 complete in all respects. (A.R)

Providing & laying dence graded bituminous macadam (D.G.B.M.) grade-II with 100-120 T/H batch type hot mix plant producing on average out put of 75 T/H using crushed aggregated of specified grading 1premixed with 60/70 bituminous binder @ 4.25% by weight of tatal mix and hydrated time filter @ 2% of total weight of aggragates, transperting the hot mix plant material to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with a sensor control to the required grade, label and alignment rolling with smoth wheeled (8-10T) roller vibrating roller (ST) for inter mediater rolling and finish with tender roller )6-8T) to achieve the desired compaction Including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as MORT & H specification clause 507. (A.R.)

Providing and laying 0.025mm. Thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH (Tonnes per hour) batch type HMP (Hot Mix plant) producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of grading 1,(13 mm nominal size) premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70@ 5% of weight of mix and hydrated lime filler @ 2% of weight of aggregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smoth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne for initial break down rolling, vibrator roller 8 tonne for intermediate rolling and finish folling with 608 tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction and including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 508 of MORT & H specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (A.R.) Specification clause 5096. (A.R)

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.(DSR Item No.16.62/2023)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineer in-Charge.
