Disconnect the Electrical connection .

Dismantling the Motor from its base by removing various type of Nuts , Bolts & Coupling & keep it in the safe position at convenient place .

Dismantling the shaft assembly by removing of Top coupling , Ratchet unit, TT nuts, etc. and keep these in safe position to avoid damages.

Renewing and repairing of TT nut with new GM bush.

Thorough Repairing of ratchet unit .

Pouring of lubricating oil into the ratchet unit with fitting fixing of pipe line.

Renewing and repairing of stuffing box nut with its new GM bush.

Open out the Pump assembly complete by decoupling the socket bushes, impeller shaft & Impeller part by part .

Thorough repairing of erroded Impeller shaft by Metalizing, Machining, Thread cutting including proper key slot cutting etc. and making it OD- 65 mm, Length - 1380 mm for true fitting with the Impeller.

Mfg. & Supply of threaded socket G.M Bush for couple the driving shafts.

Supply of shaft enclosing tube (seamless)with machining complete both side threaded OD-104 mm ID- 90 mm.

Mfg. supply of threaded G.M socket bush for coupling with guard pipe.

Thorough renewing & repairing of Dom including both side threaded for the true fitting fixing of Impeller.

Removing of old damaged bush from the diffuser.

Mfg. , Supply & fitting fixing of Newly made G.M bush into the diffuser with the help of hydraulic press.

Fitting fixing of new G.M bush into the bell mouth by hydraulic press with complete machining after removal of old damaged bush .

Mfg supply of hexagonal jam nut for mounting the ratchet unit.

Through repairing of cracked bell mouth by metalizing with C.I. welding rod by maintaing low heat and grinding precisely with good workmanship.

Different sizes various types of HT nuts & bolts .

Mfg. supply of spl.type of heavy duty base plate H.T nut bolts 30mm dia. 325 mm long along with washers.

Supply, delivery & fitting fixing Rubber gasket and gland packing complete set as per direction of EIC.

Dynamic balancing of impeller as per rated Motor speed.

Scrapping and painting of the whole pump unit .

Complete assembly the Pump unit & lowering for commissioning .

Installation of Motor & couple between Pump side & Motor side.

Mfg. and Supply of finished new pump impeller incorporated with 05 nos. blades (Mat . Grade : SS-316) as per sample. Proportionate cost of wooden pattern for the complete impeller incl. labour and material.
