REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FAN, EXAUST FAN, WALL FAN, GEYSERS AND ITS ALLIED WORK OF DINJAN AND ALL OUTPOCKETS UNDER GE DINJAN

Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan of any size/sweep/make from it's existing position, dismantling the fan including preventive maintenance by servicing, greasing, oiling, cleaning external surfaces porperly and replacement of defective spare parts and re-assembling and refixing/hanging in the same position connecting with flexiable cable including testing complete as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cost of spare parts and flexible connection wire as required will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule as "Supply only".

All as per item No 1 above but exhaust fan/ wall fan of any sweep/any make.

Dismantling ceiling fan (any size/sweep/make) and taking out existing burnt out winding wire of motor and rewinding the same after proper cleaning with super enamelled copper wires as per existing gauge and turn to achieve the desired RPM, cleaning and replacement of bearings, bushes, capacitor etc as required and testing complete on completion for old model ceiling fan of super enamelled copper winding wire as per requirement and testing all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Note : (a) Replacement of unserviceable parts like capacitor, bearing, bush and flexible wire shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective items of this Schedule. (b) Ceiling fan shall be collected from MES Store of GE Dinjan and AGE E/M Mohanbari and deposited to Store after repair, cost of which is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate)

Dismantling of exhaust fan any make and taking out existing burnt out winding wire of motor and rewinding the same with super enamelled bare insulated copper winding wires as per existing gauge and turn to achieve desired RPM including cleaning and replacement of defective parts as required for exhaust fan of size 225 mm to 380 mm sweep and testing all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : (a) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective items of this Schedule. (b) Exhaust fan shall be collected from MES Store of GE Dinjan and AGE E/M Mohanbari and deposited to Store after repair, cost of which is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate).

All as per item No 4 above but exhaust fan/ wall fan of 450mm to 600mm sweep

Repair to fan shaft by filing metal cutting by machine, grinding, polishing complete and making the same in serviceable condition suitable for Meadows/Kirloskar Engine complete with engtire satisfection of the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Capacitor (oil filled) of capacity 2.0 mfd complete all as directed. (Make : Universal /Tibcon/Sarda/Usha or equivalent as approved).

Supply only Capacitor (oil filled) of capacity 2.5 mfd complete all as directed. (Make : Universal /Tibcon/Sarda/Usha or equivalent as approved).

Supply only Capacitor (oil filled) of capacity 3.15 mfd complete all as directed. (Make : Universal /Tibcon/Sarda/Usha or equivalent as approved).

Supply only Ball bearing No 6200 complete all as directed (Make : TATA/SKF/NBC/HCH).

Supply only Ball bearing No 6201 complete all as directed (Make : TATA/SKF/NBC/HCH).

Supply only Ball bearing No. 6202 complete all as directed (Make : TATA/SKF/NBC/HCH).

Supply only Ball bearing No 6203 complete all as directed (Make : TATA/SKF/NBC/HCH).

Supply only Flexible wire twisted twin core of size 0.75 Sqmm, copper conductor complete all as directed. (Make : Finolex/ Havell's/KEI/Polycab).

M & L for Single coat painting to ceiling fan upto 1400mm sweep after dismantling blades, with 1st grade quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying, filling cavities with filler including necessary preparation of surface duly demarking MES fan serial Nos, refixing the blades and re-writing MES fan serial number complete as specified and directed.

M & L for Single coat painting to exhaust fan/ wall fan upto 380mm sweep with 1st grade quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying, filling cavities with filler including necessary preparation of surface duly demarking the MES fan Nos and re-writing MES fan serial number complete as specified and directed.

M & L for Single coat painting to exhaust fan/ wall fan from 400 to 600mm sweep with 1st grade quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying, filling cavities with filler including necessary preparation of surface duly demarking the MES fan Nos and re-writing MES fan serial number complete as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting holes in circular shape in brick walls exc half brick but n.exc one brick thick in cement mortar for fixing exhaust fan and making good disturbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth and to match with existing as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair down rod heavy duty with 20mm dia MS rod for hanging ceiling fan not exceeding 0.5 mtr and fixing complete including joist of suitable size, nuts, bolts & washer with 2 Nos rubber insulator including drilling holes as required including necessary painting complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F Mild Steel 'S' shape clamp made out of flat iron of size 25 x 6 mm with nuts & bolts of appropriate size as required for hanging of ceiling fan and necessary painting etc including taking out old/unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rubber insulator reel type suitable for fan hook of any type including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable Canopy set and replacing the same with new PVC canopy set one as per existing specification as approved.

Taking down geysers of 25/50 litres capacity electrically operated on single phase, 230 Volts, AC after disconnection of inlet and outlet pipe line connections and power supply and refixing the same in position, reconnection of existing inlet/outlet pipe lines and power connection after and including necessay repair by soldering etc at two to three places to stop leakage and takingout defective parts/ components for replacement with new one including testing complete as required and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : New parts/components shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Dismantling and repair to 50 Ltrs capacity geyser inner shells made out of copper/steel with brazing soldering welding including transportation to work shop for repair work and back and re-assmbling the same complete all as directed.

Dismantling and repair to 25 Ltrs capacity geyser inner shells made out of copper/steel with brazing soldering welding including transportation to work shop for repair work and back and re-assmbling the same complete all as directed.

Taking out glass wool as insulating materials from geyser 50/25 ltrs capapcity and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed.

Filling only old serviceable glass wools in existing position as obtained from item No. 31 above complete all as directed.

Supply and filling glass wools of approved quality as insulating materials in geyser complete all as directed.
