Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall mounted fan of any make /type/size/sweep, at site from any height of the building for any defects, servicing complete,repairs /overhauling including replacement of worn out parts/rewinding as required , spare parts and refixing in same position incl. sucessful testing on full load wit blade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- (i) Capacitor, ball bearing, condenser, bushes, split pin, 'U' clamp with rubber reel, shaft PVC canopy and flexible wire will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" (ii) Serviceable spares shall be reused. (ii) Rewinding shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for opening the motor of ceiling fans of sweep 1200mm/1400mm, 230 volts, AC single phase, removing old unserviceable wire, cleaning of slots properly and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge with insulating material, heating, varnishing, grasing, re-assemabling the same after testing on full laod with blade and replacement of worn out minor parts including provision of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible copper wire , three core of size 16/0.20mm of length 750mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make-Deen Dayal, finolex,Atlas Note- (i) Capacitor, ball bearing, condenser, bushes, split pin, 'U' clamp with rubber reel, shaft and PVC canopy will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" (ii) Serviceable spares shall be reused.

Supply & Fix in repair down rod, 45 cm long, made out of 15mm dia GI pipe, heavy duty, 300/450mm long for hanging of the ceiling fans including drilling holes at top and bottom for fixing fan motor assembly, painting with superior quality of white colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cutting openings, through brick walls built in cement mortar for exhaust fan of any size, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, etc.. to store, rubbish outside MD land and making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 as required, rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) to match with the existing surfaces including grouting of bolts for mounting of exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing old surfaces of ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any capacity or sweep, by scrapping and removing dust etc and filling cavities with one coat of filler and spray painting with synthetic enamel paint and writing MES Nos in block letters as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Ceiling rose, 3 phase/PVC/ polycarbonate, isolated body, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Anchor / Legrand / Crabtree/Leader/Havells

Taking down carefully storage type electric water heater (Geyser) of any capacity, carrying out servicing including replacement of various parts, if necessary, such as different sizes of screws and clamps, base assembly, washers, glands of all types/ valves / heating elements / Thermostat pipes / drain plug / thermal cut-out / safety valve and worn out minor parts to ensure water tightness including re-fixing in the position after testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Base plate assembly, Heating elements, thermostat, thermal cut out and safety valve will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only."

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type, steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE, 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc, including taking down existing electric water heater etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for preparing old surfaces of geyser of any capacity by scrapping and removing dust etc and filling cavities with one coat of filler and spraying with synthetic enamel paint and writing MES Nos in block letters as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for geyser inner tank bracing and arresting leakage of any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC heavy duty connecting pipe of 15 mm dia and 450/600 mm long with adaptor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs of ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 volt, 1200 mm sweep, controlled by fan regulator, min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00, BEE, Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of water tank, staging, ladders, framework etc, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described including scrapping and removing old painted surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer with all necessary staging, scaffolding etc as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
