Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding15cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m in : All kinds of Soil:

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the ,. material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base I base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50mm thick (compacted) avg. Premix bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified in latest MORTH & H specifications and straight run bitumen of VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix including Hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in Hot Mix Plant Transporting mixed material to the site and laying with paver finisher as per required profile including cost of priming coat/ tack coat and bitumenous macadam in required level and grade rolling with roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density all complete including the cost of bitumen and all cost of taxes including all leads. lifts, carriage Complete.

Providing and laying 25mm thick semi dense bitumenous concrete with specified graded stone aggregates for wearing coat including loading of aggregates with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregates in hot mix plant transporting the mixed material by tippers to pavers at site of work and laying them mixed material with mechanical pavers finishers to the required level and grade, rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density and compaction including cost of priming coat/tack coat (bitumen use shall VG-30 and grading of mix shall be as per the relevant clause of (MORT&H) density and all complete including cost of bitumen and all sorts of taxes, all leads lifts carriage complete including cleaning of existing road surface by mechanical equipment ( Air Compressor Machine).

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic meterial by fully/semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Dismantling of unservicable/cracked flexible payment (25 to 40 mm thick) manually including disposal of dismantled material as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
