CABLING AND ALLIED WORKS - ARMOURED CABLES Supply & laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium/copper conductor, 1.1 kV grade armoured cable conforming to IS:7098, as per approved make in ground/trench/surface/ pipe, etc. whereever required i) 4 Core x 2.5 sq. mm Copper Cable FRLS

ii) 4 Core x 10 sq. mm Aluminium Cable FRLS

iii) 6 Core x 2.5 sqmm Copper Cable FRLS

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc including excavation for sockets & dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m including taking out excavated soil & then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing surplus excavated soil as directed, within or outside site at unobjectionable place in all kinds of soil i) Pipes,cables etc. not exceeding 80mm dia

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material outside premises at an unobjectionable place as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

FLP HEAVY DUTY DOUBLE COMPRESSION Cable Termination(FLP): Providing termination of 1.1 kV grade armoured cable for the following sizes including supply of FLP heavy duty double compression cable glands, Baliga/CEAG-FCG /Flexpro/ FEPL make, crimping lugs and allied jointing materials i) 4 Core x 2.5 sq. mm

ii) 4 Core x 10 sq. mm

iii) 6 Core x 2.5 sq.mm

Supplying and installing of GI cable route marker with 100mm x 100mm x5mm thick GI Plate with inscription thereon, bolted/welded to 35mm x 35mm x 6mm angle iron, 600mm long and fixing the same in ground as per drawing & direction of IndianOil Job includes painting with one coat of redoxide & finishing paint
