Dismantling of insulators any type any size from existing poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable ACSR conductor of any type and size from existing poles at various locations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cross arms (Clamp, nut bolts ) from existing poles at various locations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing earthing with galvanised steel strip 32x6mm and 10/8 SWG wire complete including removing of PCC from site. at various locations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Stay assembly with 20mm dia rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 including taking out existing stay assembly, insulator complete all as specified and directed by the Enginee-in-Charge. Note: Loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white/ brown or green of size 90 x 140mm with clearence of hole 25.5 mm including taking down existing insulator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for galvanised stay strand 7/4mm as stay wire including binding etc., including taking down existing stay wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete etc., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 of size 300x200x105mm of metric knockouts for cable entry, weather proof for outdoor installation with and including glands and with 4 terminals for terminating one incoming and outgoing UG cable of size 10/16 sqmm 2/4 core and fixed to the PSC/Steel Poles by means of suitable size of clamps with nut and bolts with and including 3phase 4 wire aluminium bus bar, 01 No of single pole MCB 6-32 amps,10KA inside the box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Make of Junction box shall be Sintex code No. GS-JB-3020 (I) (high hinged) or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supplying & fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper conductor conforming IS: 694 of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core laid along pole from junction box to light fitting including taking down existing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: (i) Finolex, (ii) Plaza, (iii) Havells, (iv) Polycab, (v) KEI, (vi) Anchor or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for cross arms , bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural sections including nuts, bolts, and washer bending hot or cold , drilling holes for bolts of any size and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Enginee-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40 mm dia bore GI tubing Light grade, laid under roads/ floor, or fixed to wall or along the pole with suitable size M.S.flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers for cable protection including taking out existing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Egineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 50 mm dia bore GI tubing Light grade, laid under roads/ floor, or fixed to wall or along the pole with suitable size M.S.flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers for cable protection including taking out existing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Egineer-in-Charge. Make for iItem No. 12 & 13: TATA/ZENETH/JINDAL

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 in depth for taking out /laying of cable, stays, poles etc., and getting out in soft/loose soil.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3m in depth for taking out /laying of cable, stays, poles etc., and getting out in soft/loose soil.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading leveling, watering and wall ramming in laying not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exe 50m and depositing where directed at alevel n.exe 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Supply and spreading of dry sand in trenches for cable coushioning and punned down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for un-reinforced LT cable covers, class LV, Type 1, flat of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm including taking out existing unserviceable cable covers/bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep bellow ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia. by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts , nuts , check nuts and washers, and connected to equipments as directed , including funnel with GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore , wire mesh , charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode , with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 , 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar 15 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar, 15 mm GI medium grade pipe for earth lead protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for earth lead and protection pipe upto 7.5m.

M & L for disconecting the existing cable by breaking the wall & floor/ hard standing/tiles of any type and re conecting new cable of any size up to DB through GI pipe complete and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: GI pipe and cable shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Panel board, outdoor type, floor mounted, factory made suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system having bus bars chamber with copper bus bars duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour 150 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators. The panels shall be factory made, double door, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet totally enclosed dust, vermin and rust proof front operated, front and rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame of size 40X40X6 mm duly embedded in PCC platform and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with colour as directed including internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size incl lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable with locking arrangement outside the doors with 3 hinges to panel doors as desired complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge and comprising of the following:- (A) IN COMING (a) (a) MCCB 4 Pole 415 Volts 25 KA 100 Amp rating micro processor release type (Icu=Ics=100%) -01 No (b) Panel mounted multi function energy meter of accuracy CL-1.0 rating - 01 No. Make :-Schneider Model no: EM 6400 cat no : 30002012 or Eqvallent in Legrand/Siemens. Supply and laying in trenches, fixed to wall or drawn through pipe etc., XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 sqmm 4 core and connecting with necessary lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches, fixed to wall or drawn through pipe etc., XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core and connecting with necessary lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches, fixed to wall or drawn through pipe etc., XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core and connecting with necessary lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item No. 25 to 28:- Excavation, earth work, brick protection, protection pipe and sand coushioning shall be measured and paid separately. Make of cable shall be CCI / Gloster / ICC / Unistar / NICCO / Asian (RPG) / Havells / Polycab/PRG/Universal/Plaza/Crystal cables/Terracom/ Rallison/Mescab/Jeypore/KEI

Material and labour for taking down existing GI bracket of any size from pole and refixing at new location on existing pole with suitable size of clamp and nut, bolts at height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Clamp and nut bolt shall be measured and seperately under respective items.
