Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings (below or above ground level), n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening n'exc 1.5 Sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item hereunder.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work with sub- class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering cement plaster, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering cement plaster, 10mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing on wall in cement mortar 1:4 with mixed with liquid integral water proofing compound @ 200ml/50 Kg cement weight, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.
