Note :-1. Work will be carried out upto 4th storey of bldgs also as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account. 2. Contractor should also resolve the day to day problems/ complaint related to item no 01 to 57 in piece meal as per requirement and give the feedback to the Engr-in-charge within next 24 hours about the work done and complete site will not be vacated for the same, only requirement basis site for work will be handed over and work will be carried out up to 4th storey. 3. The contractor shall be provided with space for setting up maintenance cell at the specified location as per the directions of Engineer in charge which shalled be manned by the supervisor responsible for collecting complaints from the concerned JE/AGE. However, no additional payment other than those measurable below shall be made to the contractor. The recovery for non-complaince shall be made as per provisions given in Sch 'A' notes.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and n.exc. 2.00 sqm each and removing from the site all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling brick work and removing from site all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm & n.exc 4 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling brick work and removing from site all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material from the work site ouside defence premises complete all as specified.

Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F pressed steel frames of size 125mm x 60mm made out of size 1.25mm thick MS sheet for doors double rebated including mild steel hinges medium weight 100 mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast,tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, hold fast, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 including PCC 1:3:6 as in back fill to chowkats all as Specified.

S&F pressed steel frames of size 105mm x 60mm made out of size 1.25mm thick MS sheet for doors single rebated including mild steel hinges medium weight 100 mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast,tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, hold fast, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 including PCC 1:3:6 as in back fill to chowkats all as Specified.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick 2nd Class hard wood glazed,gauzed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc but divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars,stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I Sec 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified

S&F Flush shutters, 30 mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified. Note :- Sampel approved by Engr-in-Charge or GE.

M&L 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood, Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), complete all as speciied.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm Plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications and drawing including making good to disturbed surface of walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pressed steel cup board frame of MS sheet 1.25 mm thick size of frame 60 x 40 mm with rebate of 20 mm wide and 12 mm deep including PCC 1:2:4 as in filling to back of chowkats including butt hinges 100 mm long. Piano hinges measured separately.

Prelaminated MDF board 19 mm thick as in shutters/shelves (exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame worknincluding lipping (15 mm thick three sides and 20 mm thick lipping hinge side) around the shutter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F continuous (piano) hinges, heavy duty mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised suitable for 18-20mm thick shutter and fixed, complete all as specified. ( ISI Marked)

S&F butt hinges of mild steel cold rolled medium weight of size 100mm as specified.

Repair/ easing of wooden door any type, glazed or panelled, by trimming the side of door shutter where rubbing with chowkhat, unscrew the hinges screws and lift the door and fix the screds, tightening of wire mesh etc all as per Engr-In-Charge,

S&F in repair 25mm outer dia stainless steel decorative drapery rod of thickness 20 gauge and for every 01 RM length, with stainless steel brackets near to ends with stainless steel finials for 25mm dia drapery rod at both ends. The drapery rod shall be projecting 150 mm outer side from the clear opening of doors/windows. ( Including necessary fittings)

Material & labour factory made steel windows/ventilators double shutter box type, outer frame made out of ERW TUBE 'P' section (60x45x25mm) and shutters of ERW TUBE 'P' section (50x35x20mm) operable shutters side hung includding pistol hinges with two Nos of MS Tower bolts 150mm size on each shutter steel handle and stopper of 'Z' section as specified complete with sash bars devetailed or welded ready for glass fixing and wire gauzed fixing with suitabel fittings/openning for cooler/AC where required .Steel windows will be double shutter external glazed and internal wire gauzed complete all as specifed and as per Drg No CEPZ/TD-324/07 1/3 to 3/3 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: The quoted rate against the above item shall also include (i) 04 Nos MS Steel lugs of 20x5mm MS flat 20cm long over all welded to frames (ii) PCC block for embedding lugs.(Grill measured separetely)

M&L Aluminum Power coated, sliding windows three track with mosquito proofing with style 44.4x44.5x2mm thick including 4.00 mm thick coloured/tinted/frosted glass panes including all necessary fittings and fixtures complete all as per Engr-in-charge.

Aluminium anodised powder coated window/ventilator shutter, section of size 44.45 x 44.45mm made out of 1.6mm thick aluminium sheet/section including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, suitable handle 1 No's in each shutter, tower bolt, hinges 110mm long ,anodised aluminium snap beading screws, complete all as specified. Note: Sheet glass to be fitted will be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair aluminium extruded section body, door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed.

Supply and fixing in repair double action door spring hydraulically regulated (heavy duty) made of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass other parts made of mild steel heavy duty. (ISI Marked)

Aluminum anodized powder coated frame of any size made out of 1.60mm thick aluminum section fixed to floor/wall with plugs and screws complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including one coat of primer (up to 4th storey with necessary/scaffolding) complete all as specified and asdirected by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, terrazo dado from wall surface (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured Digital tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed white or colored cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 all as specified. ( sample as approved & kept in GE's sample room)

Material and labour Non - skid Digital Ceramic joint less coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and set in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured/white cement to match the surface over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4. ( sample as approved & kept in GE's sample room)

Description all as item above but as in vertical surfaces dado/skirting over and including a backing coat of CM 1:4, 10 mm thick complete.

M& L Virified Ceramic (double charged) any shade tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. using 4 mm spacers set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured tile epoxy grout as per the manufacturer specifications to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in C:M 1:4.
