Mechanical/ Manual Sweeping, Cleaning, maintenance work as required in public Toilet blocks for cleaning of walls, floors, roofs, sanitary fittings and fixtures, European and Indian all water closets, urinals, wash basins, covered area, open area, doors, windows all types of fitting & fixtures to be scrubbed, disinfect & to be wet cleaned, removal of spider net on all working days with all material, T & P, machinery, equipment, scaffolding, safety measures etc. as required for the work by deploying required number of persons/ E.A. in all respect including brooming, sweeping, mopping and disinfection of floors including all required materials like wipers, brooms, kolchies, toiletries etc. all including and complete work. Removal of leaves, waste material, disposables and cleaning of roof top to be done once in a week & water tanks to be cleaned twice in a month including all required machinery, equipment, scaffolding, safety measures etc. all complete work. The public toilet usage is free of cost and same has to be displayed on toilet main entrance. The work also includes daily collection & disposal of garbage/waste to the designated dumping ground or MCD Dhalao all complete work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing services of Assistant Fitter / 2nd Class Fitter (Plumber) for day-to-day petty plumbing job for operation and maintenance of water supply and sanitary installations of Toilet Complex at PVC Market, Tikri Kalan including attending complaints of leakage, removal of blockages, repair of water supply lines, sanitary fittings, flushing cisterns, valves, taps, overhead water tanks, sewer lines and allied works complete as and when required and as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.
