Internal Water Supply Works

ITEM NO 1 : Brass CP central hole basin mixer suitable for WHB screwed down for iron pipe,complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO 2 : Hand shower (Health faucet) chromium plated brass with 8 mm dia,1 mtr long flexible tube and wall hook complete all as specified.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

ITEM NO. 03 : Point wiring (using approved colour coding as per IS) with 1100 volts grade, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLSH insulated and unsheathed cable IS 694 marked TEC and FIA approved and including PVC concealed conduit(thickness not less than 1.5mm and 20 mm dia) and its fittings ISI marked PVC junction boxes,mild steel terminal sunken boxes (suitable for switches / sockets with earth dolly ) duly painted internally and externally with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of primer, covered with and including 3mm thick bakelite for suitable sizes Hylum sheet, also including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly including necessary cutting/chases complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:-

ITEM NO. 03(a) One Light/Fan/Bell point controlled by one switch 5 Amp.

ITEM NO. 03(b) Socket outlet, three pin, 5 Amp, on independent board.

ITEM NO. 03(c). Socket outlet, three pin, 5 Amp, on the same board wth other switches.

ITEM NO. 03 (d). One light point controlled by 2 two way switch 5 Amps.

ITEM NO. 05 : Sub-main wiring with 2 single core FRLSH insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of 6 Sq mm drawing into & including heavy grade PVC Concealed conduit ISI marked of suitable size with all accessories and one additional 1 run of wire of 6 Sq mm but green in colour for earth DBs and boxes with proper thimbles,including necessary cutting/chases complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:-Two runs of cable ,1 run of earth wire & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.)

ITEM NO. 07 : VTPN DBs 4 way double door prewired distribution board TPN-DPX including one No MCCB 125 Amps, 25 kA, 4 pole as incomer and suitable for MCB SP as outgoing double door type sheet metal enclosure 415V with 200 Amps rated standard busbar of suitable size plate and common neutral link appropriate Nos with blanking plate complete all as specified and all as directed. Note : MCB SP shall measured and paid in respective items.

ITEM NO 08: Sheet metal enclosure MCB DB, SPN, 240 volts, 12 way, double door type grouting in wall in CM, making electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO. 9 : MCB SP, 230 Volt , 50 Hzs, 6 to 32 A, 10 KA , "B" curve, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO. 10 : MCB SP, 230 Volt , 50 Hzs, 40 A, 10 KA , "B" curve, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM No 11 : MCB SPN 'B' Curve as incommer, 230 volt , 50 Hzs, 40 Amps, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 12 : RCCBs for earth leakage protection 2 pole 40 Amp rating 30mA capacity suitable for 240 Volts complete and all as specified and directed.

ITEM No 13 : LED Lamp 10 Watts 230 Volts 50 Hz,retrofit B22 base for lamp holder,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 14 : Exhaust fans MS body , AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 300 mm sweep 1400 RPM incl blade with louver shutter, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 15 : PVC ventilating air fan 250 mm sweep, 230 V AC white colour with louvers/shutter ( for bathroom ) and connecting copper cable from ceiling rose to fan and including fixing arrangement to wall complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM No 16 : Supply installation and testing water Heater storage of capacity 25 Ltrs electric 230V AC complete BEE 5 star rated with innner and outer tank, safety valve etc complete with 02 Nos PVC pipe 300 mm long for inlet/ outlet connection including 15 Amp plug top 3 pin ISI marked 230V AC complete with all fixing accessories fastner, nut bolts etc duly electrical connection with three core PVC fexible copper cable from socket point to Geyser all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO. 17 : Tube light fitting, 1x18/20 W,4 feet 5700K LED 230v energy efficent Batten fitting, with Driver etc complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable copper conductor including 18/20 watt LED tube rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 18 : Tube light fitting, 1x10 W, 2 feet 5700K LED 230v energy efficent Batten fitting, with Driver etc complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable copper conductor including 1 x 10 watt LED tube rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 19 : LED decorative wall mounted champagne gold finish fixture plastic body,opal with PC diffuser including 9 watt LED lamp & IP 65 protection complete including electrical connection with copper cable from ceiling rose to fittings all as specified & directed .

ITEM NO. 20 : LED building security light 25 W made up of pressure die cast aluminium decorative housing with mild power LED as lighting source and PC cover having top opening inbuilt LED driver with IP 65 protection and impact resistance of IK-07, complete including GI bracket made of GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade 1.2 mtr long bent to shape with nut bolts,washers, electrical connection with copper cable from ceiling rose to fittings all as specified & directed .

ITEM No 21 : Tamper proof AC single phase static electronic energy meter with LCD display 10 to 40 Amps capacity having accuracy class-1,suitale for 230 Volts AC supply complete with laminated sheet wooden cup board with locking arrangement for mounting of meter fixed on wall including marking,numbering of block and quarter No, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM No 22 : Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009). NOTE : The unit rate includes for protecton GI pipe 15mm bore medium grade and GI earth strip 4mm from top of earth plate upto 7.50 metre above ground level.

External Water Supply Works

ITEM NO 23 : Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 600 mm x 600mm x 600 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in CM 1:6, internally plastered 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) and externally plastered in CM (1:4), 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15cm offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

ITEM NO 24 : Cutting existing GI pipe of size 50/100 mm bore and fixing in position for inserting of new tees,unions, branches complete all as specified and as directed. (Both sides cutting shall be measured as one unit) NOTE: Cost of tee with jointing material shall also includes quoted rates.

External Electric Supply Works

ITEM NO 25 : Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 40mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection.

ITEM NO 26 : Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 50mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection.

ITEM NO 27 : Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 80mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection.

ITEM NO 28 : Cutting/ boring of roads / pavement / hard standing manually for insertion of GI pipe for cable and making good to the disturbed road / pavement by appropriate material, complete all as directed. NOTE:- Cost of material for making good to the road as per existing by filling cold ready mix bitumen or equivalent material shall be included in the quoted rates.

ITEM NO 29 : Taking down/out unserviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including Bricks, GI Pipes, etc of any descriptions, including segregating of disposed off material complete all as specefied and as directed.

ITEM NO 30 : Relaying serviceable LT UG cable any size in trench/ Floor/ pole including connecting all as directed.(Note-Excavation and earth work shall be measured paid separately under respective item of schedule 'A')

ITEM NO 31 : Dismantling of old unserviceable electric panel with complete accessoreis at pocket A (Robert height) and re-fixing the same at different place including PCC foundation and earth work complete all as directed.

ITEM NO 32 : Flexible cable three core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm for connection junction box / Distribution box to security light with proper fixing in pole into GI Pipe, clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately.

ITEM NO 33 : Cable route indicator made out of CI 15 CM dia disc shaped with embossed letter (LT) fixed on MS angle iron 40 x 40 x 5mm and 450 mm long embedded in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 20 mm gradded stone aggregate of size 250 x 250 x 200 mm complete for HT and LT Cable complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO 34 : Porcelain insulator of suitable size for support of Earth strip fixed on wall/ roof with two nut, bolt and washer of suitable dia complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO 35 :Supply and fixing KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC make Sintex cat part no GS JB 3020 or equivalent in Finolex/Universal Switch gear and including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333 x 233 x 200mm out side and 300 x 200 x 105mm inside dimension comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp and 10 Amp MCB for controlling the street light fitting including FI clamps 30 x 4 mm with necessary MS nuts bolts and washer including embossing/painting of Danger notice of size not less than 10 cm x 7.5 cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as directed.

ITEM NO 38 :- Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 32x6mm earth strip by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, medium grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified. NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid for separately.

ITEM NO 39 : S&F energy efficeint LED Street Light Luminaries 60 watt fitting aesthetically designed for road lighting with main housing made of Pressure dia casting with uniform thickness and proper heat sink design to esure fast heat dissipation including GI bracket made of GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade 1.2 mtr long bent to shape including clamps,nut bolts,washers, electrical connection with copper cable. The LEDs should be mounted on MCPCB and should be fixed to the body with proper thermal conductive paste to ensure quick transfer of heat to heat sink. The LED shall be provided with modular lens and toughened glass cover fixed with screw to the main housing ensuring required through and spread as per relevant IS Specification. Degre of protection IP 66 protection, CCT 5700K (+/- 300 K) with operating voltage range 90V to 300 V, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO 40 : XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) 95 sqmm 3 core , earthed system,stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size, 11000 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc, complete all as specified

ITEM NO 41 : XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size,cross sectional area 300 sqmm,3.5 core, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc, complete all as specified.

ITEM NO 42 : XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size,cross sectional area 240 sqmm,3.5 core, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc, supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 80mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection,complete all as specified.

ITEM NO 43 : XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size,cross sectional area 50 sqmm,3.5 core, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc, complete all as specified.

ITEM NO 44 : XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size,cross sectional area 35 sqmm,4 core, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc, complete all as specified.

ITEM NO 45 : XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size,cross sectional area 10 sqmm,4 core, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc, complete all as specified.

ITEM NO 46 : Supply, install, commissioning testing of transformer step down 11KV/433V outdoor type copper wound 200 KVA Capacity (Energy efficiency level 1) confirming to IS-1180(part-I) 2014 and IS-2076 for specification with necessary, standard fittings of 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles vetor group Dyn-11 having primary (HT) voltage of 11 KV and secondary (LT) voltage of 433 V off load tap changing gear to provide volts with tapping on primary side having steps of + 2.5% from (+) 5% to (-) 7.5% in equal steps of 2.5% each so as to vary voltage on secondary side including first fill of transformer oil, the transformer shall be delta connected on 11KV side & star connected on secondary side with neutral brought out including provn of HT busing on HV (delta connection) side & LT cable box on LV (star connection) side incl pole mounting arrangement, complete all as specified and directed (The transformer will have its initial oil filling to appropriate level (cost of oil including testing with desired dielectric strength included in rates).Foundation for transformer shall be measured and paid separately)

ITEM NO 47 : Cable jointing kit, for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured alumminum conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
