SAM 2.0-LAYING OF POROUS CONCRETE PAVEMENT OPP KAMALA HOSPITAL ALONG THE ROAD ,WARD NO 22,DINDIGUL,TAMILNADU

Earth work Open excavation by Mechanical Means for Open Earthwork in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 100 mts and clearing and levelling including dressing of sides and raming of bottoms etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Porous Cement Concrete 1:3 (One part of Cement, three coarse aggregates) using 30mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for vertical plain / RCC concrete walls of supply channel, retaining wall etc upto 90Cm height with necessary supports,all cross bracing with mild steel size of 90cm x60 cm and gauge BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angles of size 25 mm x25 mm x3mm for bearing laid silver Oak/ Country wood joist of size 7.50 cm x5.0 cm spaced @ about 90 cm C/C and supported by Casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm spaced @ 75 cm C/C etc,, complete complaying with standered specfications and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing an fixing MS board (at site) as per drawing including primer, painting, lettering with well finished surface and all lead & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

One-year Operation and Maintenance (O&M) following the Defect Liability Period (DLP-01 year) one-year, ensuring regular upkeep, monitoring, and maintenance, rectification of defects (damage, cracks, erosion in structures, any deposit etc.) of the constructed structures to sustain their performance and longevity and replace of defective sand and gravel.
