Supply and fix 15 mm bore hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding including all fittings as in wall, ceiling or laid in floor including all chase cutting in any type of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore GI Pipe medium grade confirming to IS 1239:2004 (Part-4) hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding including all fittings as in wall, ceiling or laid in floor including all chase cutting in any type of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in 75 mm thick drain cover slab and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match including all necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separatly.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over one coat of primer upto 4th storey building complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs 15 mm dia brass CP fancy wall mixer non telephonic for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe complete including all fitting flange complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in deep and getting out in soft/soft soil complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in fountation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregateas in foundation, including raft, footing, foundation beams, plinth beam, bases for column, slab for culvert etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and sofits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams in flate and similar work vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed

S& F mild steel (TMT) bars 10 mm dia and over, cut ot length, bent to shape required,including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cutting / drilling the existing GI pipe 50/40/25 mm dia pipe including CI/DI/GI tee, bend, tapper etc all necessary items all as specified and as directed.
