Cleaning the top surfaces by brooming, wire brushing, removing grass, raking out joints to receive plaster and removing debris, grass etc outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Removing/ taking down cement plaster shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. 2.Rate of this item is inclusive of dis connect fitment at roof such as water tank or solar heater etc and refixing in the same position after completing of roof treatment.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Including 4 Story building) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for applying 3.00mm thick APP based polymer membrane by torch application for sealing joint over 85/25 industrial bituminous coat @ 1.20Kg/Sqm over bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on newly plastered clean and dry roof surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Re-baring by drilling holes and fixing nozzle if required in existing concrete/brick work as in column, beams, slabs and foundation etc in any position and any description size of hole 14mm, 16mm & 22mm suitable for dowels of size 10mm, 12mm & 16mm respectively (minimum depth 140mm for 10mm & 12 mm dia bars and 180mm for 16mm dia bar, cleaning the surface properly with blow out pump & round brushes and fixing of dowel bars with epoxy resin (resin+hardner). Make: Sika, Fosroc or concressive 1450 of BASF complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Adequate lap length shall be provided as per IS-456-2000. (ii) Reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work will be paid under respective items. (iii) Note:- The quoted rates shall be deemed inclusive up to the four storied building including necessary scaffolding work etc.

M&L for mild steel angle iron work as in Jacketing of existing column by cutting welding making holes and fixing by using angle iron/flat iron of FE-410 W grade complete including necessary scaffolding upto four Storey building all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etac but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for ceramic joint free Coloured Tiles, size 600x100/150mm x10mm in size, vertical Laid and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in white Cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles,incl. 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water tank of capacity 250 to 500 Ltr and refixing after necessary cleaning/water proofing treatment on roof surface including replacement of tank nipple etc complete for refunctioning.

M&L for gunniting to RCC works in Coloum, beams, slabs, ceiling, Chajjas, Facia, landing, balconies etc by removing loose concrete including plaster, cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 50 mm x 50 mm with 3 mm dia steel wire as facias/drops amd similar works etc and applying an epoxy resin concrete bonding agent treatment over the old concrete surface to bond with the new concrete with Nitobond EP of M/s Pidilite/M/s BASF (as per manufacurers instruction) to bond old and new concrete, gunniting with minimum pressure of 2.5 Kg per Sqcm in two layers of total avg thickness shall be 40 mm thick with cement mortor (1:2) using ordinay portland cement of 43 grade mixing with waterproofing admixture polycrete @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :The following items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate (i) Reinforcement bars and plastering to gunning surface. (ii) After placing the reinforcement all concrete surface shall be throughly scrubbed with brush, washed with water and allowed to dry for plastering. (iii) Work to be carried out in patches (iv) Rate for scaffolding etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (v) Grunting work at Ground floor to 4 th story. (vi) Anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforced bars. (vii) 15 mm plaster in cement mortar 1:4 shall be done on Gunniting area. Taking down of old unserviceable copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fitting & fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete.

Taking down of old unserviceable sub main wiring of any capacity/Size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable stranded copper conductor single core in and including Concealed PVC conduit of 20/25 mm heavy duty complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH earth wire and connected to earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed for One light/fan point controlled by one switch.
