Name and scope of work : Offloading of different Mounting and Demounting of different assemblies/sub-assemblies, repairing , maintenance and other work of BEML , Caterpillar and Komatsu make 100T/85T Dumpers/ Converted water tankers for a period of one year (365 days) at Old workshop Nigahi Project having scope of work as follows- 1. General checking and rectification as per weekly check list of 85/100T Dumpers/converted water tanker fleet of 40 Dumpers comprising of 15 nos. CAT 777E 100T dumpers , 4 nos. CAT 777D 100T Converted water tanker , 3 nos. BH 85T converted water tankers , 8nos. BH 100T Dumpers and 10 nos. new Komatsu 100T Dumpers (a) Manpower is required in General and second shift. (b) Work is to be performed as per weekly check list. 2. Demounting of Engine and its related parts of 85/100T Dumpers /converted water tankers as per need.PER JOB COMPLETION WITHIN 3 DAYS. Considering 6 jobs in a year. 3. Mounting of Engine and its related parts of 85/100T Dumpers /converted water tankers as per need.PER JOB COMPLETION WITHIN 3 DAYS. Considering 6 jobs in a year. 4. Demounting of Transmission and its related parts of BH85/100T Dumpers / converted water tankers as per need. PER JOB COMPLETION WITHIN 2 DAYS. Considering 6 jobs in a year. 5. Mounting of Transmission and its related parts of BH85/100T Dumpers / converted water tankers as per need. PER JOB COMPLETION WITHIN 2 DAYS. Considering 6 jobs in a year. 6. De-Mounting of T/C and its related parts of CAT100T Dumpers/converted water tankers as per need.PER JOB COMPLETION WITHIN 2 DAYS. Considering 6 jobs in a year. 7.Mounting of T/C and its related parts of CAT100T Dumpers/converted water tankers as per need. PER JOB COMPLETION WITHIN 2 DAYS. Considering 6 jobs in a year. 8. Repairing of Final drive/Brake assembly (one side) of Dumper as per need. PER JOB COMPLETION WITHIN 4 DAYS. Considering 10 jobs in a year. Note:-Manpower deployed for subjected job as per scope of work consisting of Skilled and Semi skilled manpower should have ITI qualification. Same shall be verified. Note:-Manpower is required in two shifts
