Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydrauli excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for marking of structural steel work required to be reerected.

Erection of structural steel work riverted, bolted or welded in build up section, trusses & framed work or labour rate. Manually or mechanically (deploying crane etc.) with all safety precautions lead 50m lift upto 7.00 m Note:(Reference: For labour component 10.1)

Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel to External Wall of Building. Aluminium Composite Panel of thickness 3mm of Standard Brand such as Eurobond Gold Series of any Colour as per instruction of Engineer In-charge, including base of Aluminium Bottom of (size 2'' x 1'') of thickness 1.5 mm for Making Grid of Maximum (size 1 m x 1 m) to Hang the ACP Sheet Over it, also joints fillings of 8 mm with Silicon including all cost of Material, Labour and Scaffolding to 12 Mtr height and including all lift and transportation.

Providing and fixing inner cutting LED letter on 3 mm thick ACP sheet box of 65 mm thick width with complete inner cutting of letters along with all wiring and providing LED lights as per the requirement with working height upto 7.00 m above ground level. The writting matters sketches etc will be as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.
