The rate includes all cost of material, loading, unloading, handling, transportation and Royalty, Octroi, GST and any other taxes imposed/ levi able by Central/State Govt. and local bodies including all other incidental charges with all lift, descent, crossing railway lines, if required, etc., complete at Dhalbhumgarh Depot for Kharagpur division of S.E.Railway and leveling of stacking ground.
