Construction of Paver Block Road and Drain inside Paragon City (Balance work) in Ward No. 04

Earth work excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil within initial lead of 50 m and initial lift of 1.5 m including rough dressing and bracking clods to maximum 5cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 m in depth and as per the direction of Engg -in- charge

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed as per OPWD specification including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, cess tools and plants etc all complete required for the work to finished items.

Labour for laying with Crusher dust including cost and conveyance of materials T&P etc.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tripper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of materials, cess T&P etc

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size hand broken hard granite metal including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, cess, T&P water for curing etc all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size crusher broken hard granite chips including hoisting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, cess tools and plants water for curing etc all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items.

Providing, spreading, laying on road surface and compacting proper camber layer of paver inter locking blocks minimum 80mm thickness and inscribed machine mixed and compacted having crushing strength not less than M30 including filling the interstices with sand, watering, brooming, bliding and consolidation with wooden hammer as per OPWD specification and relevent code including cost of materials, conveyance, royality, labour, cess, T&P required to the work etc complete to finished items.

Cement concrete work of M20 grade with 20 mm and down grade crusher broken hard granite chips including hosting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, cess, Tools and Plants water for curing etc. all complete, as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work.

Requirement of HYSD/MS rod & labour for cutting, bending, binding, straighting and laying the grills and placing in position including cost of rod & binding weir 18 to 20 gauge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for RCC or CC works in foundation, plinth band and footings bases of columns mass concrete pre-cast slabs etc including false work and dismantalling then after casting including cost of materials, cess complete in groundd floor.

Carriage the excavated earth by mechanical means within 5.00 Km lead including initial Iead and lift, loading & unloading etc all complete

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by the EIC.
