PERIODICAL SERVICES AND REPAIR TO CHHAJJA FACIA OTHER MISC WORKS TO OTM AND MD ACCN IN ZONE-VI UNDER AGE B/R-IV OF GE (SOUTH) MEERUT

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:4)on concrete surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall finished even and smooth(without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and apply two coat of Oil bound distemper to walls, complete surfaces on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New Plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls of any colour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted wood and wood base surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and painting with a coat of sythetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted Steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and painting with a coat of sythetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 1mm thick wall care putty making smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by the contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by the department for incorporation in the work.

M&L for preparation of Old plastetred/unplastered surfaces of wall and apply one coat of cement base paint to walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing old Plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron ,PVC or reinforced concrete drain pipes, 75/110/150/200 mm dia, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish. (Height of work to be considered above 3.5m and upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor.) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Neccesary formwork and reinforcement will be supplied and fixed by the contractor and the cost of these are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account)

M & L for repairing existing RCC structure work by gunting to damaged edge bottom of beam , chajja, slab 40 to 60mm thick and part of RCC member in CM 1:3 & depositing material/ mortar with spray gun under a pressure of 20 to 30 N/CM2 including scaffolding and welding wire mess 2 mm dia and size of wiremesh 50mm X 50 mm including cutting welding and placeing position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of bushes small trees (Peepal small plants etc) trunks shrubs of any dia and girth from roof projection, chajjas , wall junction parapet etc at any height by necessary demoliton of brick work etc if requried and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing finishes with and incl material and labore in rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with & including water proofing compound @200ml/50 kg of cement /PCC 1:3:6 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate)/Brickk work in CM 1:4 as required at site and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair 20 mm bore PTMT ball valves, high pressure with polyethylene float and fly nuts complete, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix 15 mm bore, tubes medium grade, galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including Taking up or down GI steel tubing, testing complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fix 20mm bore, tubes medium grade, galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including Taking up or down GI steel tubing, testing complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 liters capacity, (cylindrical, vertical in closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with all fittings all as specified including 20 mm PVC ball valve including dismantling existing water tanks complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for cleaning water tanks 500 ltrs capacity, cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and tank mouth of circulating pipe including disconnecting, setting side ( or lowering/ hoisting if required), reconnecting and replacing union/GI nipple etc if required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair tank lid/ cover made out of with 0.63mm thick PGI sheet, 470mm dia suitable for fixing in water tank capacity 500/1000 ltrs incl 4 sides fastening arrangements with nut and washer having exposed surface sharp edges 08 nos stings by cutting/rivetting of PGI sheets to protect by monkeys menace complete as per sample, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for writing letter or figures in Bldg (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high ( Bldg No in both sides of bldgs) in any height of building (centre of the bldg can visible easily) complete all as specified and directed.
