MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS OF AC PLANTS / DG SETS AT CERTAIN INSTALLATIONS AT AFA HYDERABAD.

Maintenance and Operation of AC plant capacity 2 x 22.7 TR Central Air cooled chiller type plant including AHU and clubbed with DG Sets 160 KVA and 125 KVA at 14 AFH including recording the readings as per the format, operation of AMF panel, LT distribution panel, street lights etc and carrying out necessary cleaning, minor repairs etc, Installation to be operated in 3 shifts and each shift consisting of 08 Hrs duration including Sundays and holidays complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) 01 Ref Mech/Operator each shift for 3 shifts each shift 8 hours duration shall be employed for the above maintenance and operation work including Sundays and holidays . Suitable relievers to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- (i) First Shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, (ii) Second Shift- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and Third shift 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs

Maintenance and Operation of AC plant capacity 44 (22x2) TR central air cooled chillier type AC plant including AHU at 2 AMTC/SDS including operation of 02 Nos of DG sets of capacity 200 KVA and 62.5 KVA with LT panels for 1 shift each shift 8 hours duration and maintaining the daily running log sheets of the AC plant & DG Set by recording the readings as directed as per the format, operation of LT distribution panel, security lights etc including carrying out necessary cleaning, minor repairs etc complete including Sundays and holidays (for maintenance and cleaning purpose only) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Minimum 01 Ref Mech/Operator shall be employed in each shift for the above maintenance and operation work. Suitable reliever to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- (i) General Shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (Shift timing may be altered as per ground requirement)

Maintenance and operation of AC plant capacity 2 x 22.7 TR Central Air cooled chiller type AC plant including AHU clubbed with 01 No of DG set of capacity 50 KVA at Wireless Transmission with panel boards in 3 shifts each shift of 08 Hrs duration and maintaining the daily running log sheets of the AC plant and the DG set by recording the readings as directed as per the format, operation of LT distribution panel/ AMF Panel, security lights etc including carrying out necessary cleaning, minor repairs etc, Installation to be operated in 3 shifts and each shift consisting of 08 Hrs duration including Sundays and holidays as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Minimum 01 Ref Mech/Operator each shift for 3 shifts each shift 8 hours duration shall be employed for the above maintenance and operation work including Sundays and holidays. Suitable relievers to be employed during weekly offs/Sundays/Leave/Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- (i) First Shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, (ii) Second Shift- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and Third shift 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs

Note for Item No 1 to 3:-

The contractor shall not pay less than the: (i) Minimum fair wages as notified by GOI/concerned State Govt/Local body whichever is high to workers engaged

(ii) Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of contribution of employer towards EPF,ESIC,Bonus etc (Except LWC)

(iii) The payment shall be made through online Adhar Linked Bank Account/RGTS/NEFT only and no physical payment accepted

(iv) Documentry proof for payment of wages through online Adhar Link Account shall be produced. Also the documentry proof for payment of EPF/ESIC shall be produced against each labour . No RAR payment/FB shall be entertained in the absence of these details

(v) No LWC being deducted on this contract

(vi) GST and all other statutary deductions/taxes shall deem to be considered in the quoted rates.

(vii) The quoted rate deemed to be excluding the cost of FOL/Gas for AC plants and other repairs/overhauling work.

(viii) Necessary printed log sheet (as per prescribed proforma)shall be provided by the contractor for which the rate shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ix) AC plant, plant room, DG set, LT/HT Panels, Sub Stn room and the area shall be cleaned and maintained well as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(x) The contractor shall provide minimum two pairs of uniform duly printed with the companys name in the shirts and one pair of industrial shoe to his employee. The samples of uniform shall be got approved by the Garrison Engineer before procurement and paid vouchers should be submitted.

(xi) Necessary hand tools and Safety Equipment as listed bellow, to be provided to the operator, in each installation, which shall be handed over to next operator after completion of every shift. (a) Side cutting plier 8" - 01 No. (b) Adjustable spanner 8" - 01 No. (c) Ball pein Hammer 500gms - 01 No. (d) Screw Driver 10" - 01 No. (e) Line Tester (230V) - 01 No. (f) Screw Driver Set ( 5 Nos) - 01 Set. (g) Test Lamp - 01 No.(h) Tool bag of suitable size - 01 No. (j) Rechargeable LED Torch Light - 01 No. (k) Fibre Helmet - 01 No. (l) Gum Boot - 01 Pair. (m) Rubber Hand Glove (11KV) - 01 Pair. (n) First Aid Box - 01 Set. (o) Dry type Fire Extinguisher (For A-B-C type of fire) Packed in 4.5 Kg Cylinder (ISI marked) with necessary fixing arrangement on wall complete - 01 No. (p) Electric Shock Treatment chart (as per sample) 01 No. The Cost of above said necessary hand tools and safety equipment to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and paid vouchers should be submitted.

(xii) Mobile phone to be provided to each installation for emergency communication to concerned JE/AGE. The same shall be handed over to next operator after completion of each shift. Cost of mobile phone and Sim card to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall be included in the unit rate quoted by him. (No smart phone/ camera phone is allowed inside the AFA Campus for security point of view. Only simple basic phone shall have to be provided). Cost of regular recharge shall have to be borne by contractor. The amount of recharge shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and paid vouchers should be submitted.
