Cutting and trtmming of tree branches to clear the over head lines in the arc of LT over head lines (including repairing and jointing of ACSR Conductor if damaged during cutting of tree) and removing of the trimmed branches of trees,removing and depositing the same away from the site ,complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge/jJE E/M Note- (i) All tools and ladder required for the job should be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Pole to pole distance shall be measured as one span.

Disconnecting the distribution transformer outdoor/ indoor type from HT and LT side, opening carefully at site, draining out transformer oil (keeping safe in barrel for reuse) upto HT/ LT box for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 125 to 315 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, refilling the transformer oil and re-assembling after repair including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/ LT side and testing on available electric load complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Defective parts shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only". (b) Charge of welding work (if require) is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) Connection sleeves, insulated plates, nut, bolts & washers etc (if required) is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of anti climbing devices comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F in replacement of anti-climbing device spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole or as ordered complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of any type pole of HT over head line of upto 11 m long (except embedded portion) complete including all MS work mounted on pole with two coat of aluminium paint after necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and providing 03 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and writing of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint on black back ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

The rate for taking out,refixing after repair,both side transportation, lifting /unloading of voltage stabilizer/isolation transformer by crane /manual should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

M&L for dehydration & filteration of transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (a) The filtration of the transformer oil shall be carried out at different sub stations of Air Force Station Mohanbari. (b) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (c) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & toping up of new transformer oil (in sealed barrel) confirming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 40KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified. Make: Savita/ Castrol/ Power oil/ Truoil.

M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of 125 KVA to 315 KVA transformer (11/0.433KV) complete with all connected fittings & fixtures i.e. buchholz relay, conservator tank, cooling fins and other standard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

Taking down carefully unserviceable Street liight/Security light/Hangar light fitting from pole/Structure and repair/replacement of worn out parts and carbon cleaning of fittings,cover,copper wire/aluminium wire,clamps ,nuts and bolts, mounting bracket and re assembling the same after repair,testing and refixing in pole/other location and repairing of cable /junction box / timer / contract L1 &L2 /MCB SPN/SARVICE WIRE including provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools ets as required for taking down and refixing of street light complete all as specefied and directed. . "Note (i) Replacement of defective spare parts of fitting (to make functional ) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. However, cost of replacement screws, nuts, bolts, and cleaning of fittings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Minor consumable material required to complete the job as (like tape, thimbles,, , electrical gloves, M seal etc) are included in quoted rates. (iii) The contractor's supervisor and his electricians at Sub stn shall be available round the clock i.e 24 Hours, mobile number of supervisor to be distributed and complaint book to be maintained. (iv) Contractor shall be provide/depute sufficient number of electricians and helpers (as directed by Enginerr-in-Charge) to attend the complaints and rectify/replace the parts and the complaint shall be resolve within 24 hours of receipts of complaints. If contractor fails to attend & resolve the complaint within 24 hours an recovery of Rs.100 per day /complaint shall be recovered from contractor dues. (v) Contractor manpower shall attend daily to receive complaints at complaint cell at 9.00 AM from JE E/M and report after completion of complaint and handover a complaint slip to JE E/M user signature as a record of attending the complaints for payment purpose"
