Charges for periodical cleaning of centrifuge of MOT in Unit-I, Unit-II and Unit-III to remove the sediments/sledge by dismantling of bowl, disc stacks, filters, cleaning them by diesel, air washing and assembling the same in the sequence and normalizing the system and cleaning of spillage oil in and around the centrifuge floor area etc., attending minor periodical maintenance works if any, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P'.

Charges for cleaning of duplex filter elements by draining of oil from filter cartridge, removing of the top cover, lifting out the filter element, cleaning the filter element with diesel, air washing and putting back the filter element and fitting the filter and tightening the same in all the three units, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps.

Charges for superficial cleaning of turbine auxiliaries such as HP/LP governing racks, bearing pedestals, HP/LP bypass system valves, HP/IP control valves, stop valves, MOT outer surface, MAL drain valves, MAW valves, outer surface of all steam lines and cleaning of leakages oil from MOT coolers, oil conditioners, OVEF and its connecting pipe lines, oil drain lines and including drawal of oil barrels from stores to MOT for topping up of oil, shaft lift checking and hand barring operation to bring the set on turning gear, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps.

Charges for attending slothful Pilot valves in HPCV-I & II, IPCV-I & II and its damping device during any shutdown/breakdown period by dismantling of the internal spares of pilot valves, cleaning the spares and reassembling the same, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's.

Charges for attending slothful Pilot valves in LPBP and its damping device during any shutdown/ breakdown period by dismantling of the internal spares of spoilt valves, cleaning the spares and reassembling the same, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's

Charges for attending slothful Pilot valves in CRH NRV, LPBP water injection, test valve of HP & IP stop valve, extraction NRV test valve during any shutdown/ breakdown period by inspection, cleaning the pilot valve and reassembling the same, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps.

Charges for cleaning of governing rack plate type filters during any shutdown/breakdown period by draining of oil, inspection, cleaning the filter, renewal of ‘O’ rings and reassembling the same, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps.

Charges for checking and topping up of N2 gas pressure in accumulators of HPBP system by isolating the accumulator and top up of N2 gas to the required pressure, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's.

Charges for checking and replacement of defective/ punctured bladder of accumulator in HPBP oil unit by removal of defective bladder from accumulator bottle, pushing bladder into accumulator bottle with intact position, fitting and tightening the securing nut on top of the accumulator, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's.

Charges for welding joint works for 1” dia pipe by cutting of old damaged parts of high pressure steam line pipes, valves and bends; edge preparation, fitting and re-welding with new/old pipes or new/old valves and fittings by IBR certified welder.
