Dimolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC 1:2;4 B0 (using of 12.5 mm Stone Aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and chajjas complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm dia and over TMT bar cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends binding with MS wire n.exc 0.9mm or with securing clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 6 to 8 mm dia TMT bar cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends binding with MS wire n.exc 0.9mm or with securing clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone masonry or concrete surfaces and hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified (Note:- Taking down Plastering work to be done upto height of 30 mtr for RCC OHT as per site requirement.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary or surface other than fair face of brick works etc or similar surfaces etc including with mixing of water proofing liquid of Dr. fixit Qty as per manufactrer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cm 1:6 on brick surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl mixing of water proofing liquid of Dr. fixit as per manufactrer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Plastering work to be done upto height of 30 mtr for RCC OHT as per site requirement.)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface in ceillings etc including with mixing of water proofing liquid of Dr. fixit as per manufactrer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L two coat of oil bound distemper after 3mm Birla/JK wall care putty on new plastered surfaces including necessary prepararion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L three coat of white wash on new surfaces on ceiling including necessary prepararion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Taking down existing water proofing treament any nos of layers and of any description, incl.demolition and taking off PCC padding/plaster on RCC slab,also including removing of bitument coating to show the concrete surface to its true colour and roughening etc and also removing the debris outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 including macthing existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) on roof padding avg. thicknessof 40mm in slope finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 20 mm thick Screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for applying cold bituminous oil based primer IS No. 3383 @ 250 gms/sqm and laying APP modified membarane with non woven polyester reinforcement mat (concrete core) not less than 3 mm thick & not less than 3.5 kg /sqm, the over the lap otching shall be 100 mm on length side & 100 mm on widthe side all as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Supply only integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid ( ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection incl cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for following bore:- (a) 15mm

All as per item No 19 here in above but 20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position on wall, ceiling, floor etc of 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair small fittings of galvanized iron heavy grade such as socket, elbow , nipple of different Tee, chuknet of any size, union reducer, Float valve etc for 15 mm bore 20 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S& Fix in repair 15 mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in repair and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 20mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in repair and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical, vertical with closed top) of 1000 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per SSR Pt- I

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical, vertical with closed top) of 500 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per SSR Pt- I

Cleaning and removal all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes, etc exc 250 & n.exc500 litres capacity including to be write the date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painting surfaces etc and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for obliterating old writing of any description n.exc 0.1 sqm with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian ) not exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in filling the holes, cutting, etc necessary from work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F sink with drain board in repair made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
