Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give an even shade - Old work (two or more coats).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

Demolishing lime concrete manually / by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50m lead - For thickness of tiles above 10mm and upto 25mm.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with. Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) .

Dismantling the damaged portion in RCC beams, columns and celiing without affecting the adjacent structrure in all floors including the cost of required tools and plants and cleaning the debris from the site with an initial lead of 100mts away from the building Rate quoted does not included cost of providing scaffolding.

Cleaning the exposed RCC surfaces thoroughly by washing the copious quantity of water, removing the rust and seals from exposed raftes and proviidng anticorrsive primer zinc Rich coating CERA ZINC ZR and cleaning the surface for adequate PH using phenolphalein indicator

Application of a bonding coat by using cement slurry added with polymer additive CERA POLYMER LATEX over the exposed RCC surface or brick surface as per manufactures mix and application specification

Providing cement plastering 1:3 over the dismantled RCC portion upto a thickness 15-20mm with cemnt mortar admixed with CERA MICRO SEAL @ 500gms per bag of cement. The rate quoted includes cost of sand and admixture but exculdes the cost of cement and providing scaffolding

Dismantiling the damaged plastering in brick work without affecting the adjacent structures including the cost of required tools and plants and cleaning the debries from the site with an intial lead of 100 mts away from the building

Providing cement plastering 1:4 over the exposed brick work of thickness 12-15 mm cement mortar admixed with CERA MICRO SEAL at 500 gms per bag of cement rate includes cost of sand and admixture but excludes cost of cement and providing scaffolding
