Cutting and dismantling of small and old 10kw heating chamber of different sizes

Fabrication of 24 KW heating chamber with proper commissioning , alignment, fixing, welding of outer size 8'X8'X8' jointing by modification of old heating chamber

Modification of inner chamber by providing of 02 no. air ventilation system, 03 no. air duct(01 no. on back side and 02 nos. on both side) for recirculation of air uniformly in the inner chamber. Heating arrangement on back side with safety cover.

Providing of new Crompton make 3 HP 1440 RPM motor ( 01 no.) is fitted in back side with bush and coupling direct drive system attached to uniform the temp. all over in the heating chamber.

Modification of inner chamber with proper sealing to avoid heat loss, denting and painting of inner chamber and providing required glass wool with proper sealing to avoid heat loss with heat resistant Aluminium paint and outer chamber will be painted with silver hammer tone paint

Balancing of straight front door with locking arrangement and providing of new door gasket, fitted on front door.

Providing of heating element stainless steel tubular type ISI mark fitted at back side with safety cover in the heating chamber.

Providing of new electric circuit heat proof glass coated wire of different guages as required in heating chamber.

Installation and Commissioning charges

Fabrication & Erection of Double Decker Trolley (Size of Trolley) i.) Length : (2235 mm) ii.) Width : ( 2235mm) iii.) Height : ( 750 mm ) Heating Chamber is provided with the double Decker trolley in to two floor lower & upper. • The Trolley will be supplied having Double Decker System with the provision of Four side M.S Pillar as the leg & frame height 750 mm . The Trolley will be out of suitable size of M.S Channel of 100 x 50 x 6 mm fix in the trolley as the top of the plate form with double support mounted of 4 mm thick sheet with welding & smooth finish for a load of 3 MT capacity. Suitable design MS Plate supported by 2 pairs of wheels with bearing on each trolley, moving on track .supports laid in the bottom floor with extension on door side for full discharge . The rail track will be made of MS Bar 04 nos. of size 50 x 50 with 18 ft. long. • The complete trolley will be painted with two coats of Red –oxide primer and then with two coats of heat resistive Aluminum Paint outside ISI Mark as per relevant both inside & outside .All Mild steel materials shall be of quality as per relevant ISS.
