Design, Manufacturing and supply of 7.5TR Air cooled ductable AC machine. The IDU's should be factory fitted plenum and suitable number of Jet nozzle finished with powder coating. The ODU should consist of energy efficient Fixed speed scroll compressors, low noise condenser fan. Auto check function for connection of error, SPP, phase sequence, over load protection, Factory charged unit, pressure testing, leak testing. complete including as required refrigerant shall be R407c/410a as a complete set tested at factory supplied along with Test certificate.

Installation of the AC system, pressure testing, leak testing and commissioning of A/C System, charging of additional refrigerant if it's required at no cost and handing over of the system. Installation includes weatherproof isolator box with isolator / required power cable and double earthing.

Supply and laying of copper pipes Between Indoor to Out door units. Liquid lines, vapour line with 9mm nitule rubber insulation wrapped with 7mill cloth with lag coating sutabledia, Power and communication cable as required for system.All types of cables and pipes should be laid in a 300mm cable tray with a cover.

Supply and laying of drain pipe with 9mm insulation with 7mill cloth with lag coating up to the nearest drain points

All kinds of civil work required to complete the installation, including earth excavation, removal, and finishing with paver blocks.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry
