ROUTINE PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE OF SEWAGE SYSTEM AND CLEANING SEPTIC TANKS SOAK WELLS ETC INSIDE GTRE TECH AREA CDA DSC AND GE BSO EM OFFICE UNDER AGE BR II AT BANGALORE

Cleaning of blockage of bathroom / kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps / gully / traps / floor trap of all the mud / Indian WC / European type WC / Wash hand basin / Urinal of all the mud / sludge / sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW / CI Pipe upto 1st manhole / washed thoroughly to grating of trap, CI waste pipe by opening the cleaning eye and depositing of sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres form the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavation as directed and whenever required and any urgent sewer blockages work as per directions by JE as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Blockage in sewage line having dia of 100mm to 150mm by deploying of skilled safaiwala by roding, sewage cleaning rod and ball system up to a depth of 1.50 mtr and removing of silt / cached mud / waste obtained from sewage line upto a lead of 2.50 KM to 5.00 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser item No 2.00 above but depth of sewer exceeding 1.50 metre but not exceeding 3.00 metre.

All as per Ser item No 2.00 above but dia of sewage line exceeding 150mm but not exceeding 300mm dia and depth of sewage line exceeding 3.00 metre but not exceeding 4.50metre.

Preventive and routine cleaning of Manhole through systematic Programme of cleaning / removing of silt accumulation chamber / manholes through a sewer cleaning gang under supervision of competent person including taking all safety precaution to avoid mis happenings and removal of silt / cached mud up to distance exceeding 2.5KM but not exceeding 5.00KM upto depth of manholes upto 1.50metre complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser item No 5.00 above but depth of manholes exceeding 1.50metre but not exceeding 3.00metre.

All as per Ser item No 5.00 above but depth exceeding 3.00metre but not exceeding 4.50metre.

Routine cleaning of sewer through a systematic programme of cleaning of sewage line through Providing Suction cum Jetting sewerage Cleaning Machine as per Technical Specification along with safety equipment viz mask, Oxygen Cylinder, gloves, rope ladder, venella rope, body suits and helmet etc and attending sewer cleaning of sewer mains in lanes, sub lanes depth up to 1.50 metre including preventive maintenance of sewer lines and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
