Part A: Pvement 1st
Excavation in soil in hilly areas in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, soft and hard rock including chiselling, wedging out of rock and blasting, if required and saturated soil and their intermediate classification in all heights and depths including dressing, trimming and compacting the cut formation in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross fall complete as per MORD specifications.
Cutting of trees, including cutting of trunks, branches and removal of stumps & roots, refilling compaction of backfilling and stacking of serviceable material by manual means with all lifts as per Technical specification clause 201 a) Girth above 300mm to 600mm
b) Girth above 600mm to 900mm
Part B: Pvement 2nd
Granular sub-base :- Granular sub-base / base / surface course with local nallah/quarry materials (Table 400.13)by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers manually on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.(Including all leads lifts).
Waterproofing with Nano technology based Organo silane & acrylic co-polymer with water (1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1:1:200 @ 3ltrs/sqm a) Over Sub -grade b) Over shoulders
Scarifying existing deteriorated bituminious surface and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000m as per technicalspecification clause 301.4.
Stabilized Sub base / Base: Providing, laying, Spreading and compacting borrow area 60% Murrum/soil of CBR >5% mixed with 40% of GSB GradeIImaterial & Cement @ 3% by weight of soil. Mixing 0.6kg /cum of Nanotechnology based Organo silane &0.6kg/cum of nano Acrylic Co-Polymer, spreading in uniform layers on a prepared base including watering and compacting with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density. Waterproofing the top surface with Silane & Acrylic Polymer in the ratio of 1:1:200 at 3ltrs/sqm. Including all materials, labour, HOM of machery etc. complete as per specifications.
Prime Coat : Preparing and applying of water soluble silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC approved) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSS1 and water (<1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1 kg silane : 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion : 200 liter water . Take 1 kg of silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution at the rate of 1 liter per sqm on compacted stone base. Check quality of bitumen emulsion before bulk use. Low porosity.
Providing and laying Semi Dense bituminous concrete with 40-60 TPH Batch Type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading , premixed with bituminous binder @4.5% of Mix & 0.1% nanotechnology silane, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per IRC 95 - 1987.
Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MORD with S-90 grade bitumen mixed with nano technology silane @ 0.1% by weight of bitumen laid by manual means and as per direction of Engineer-in-Ch
Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, mixing the soil with nanotechnology silane @ 1kg/cum & nanotechnology acrylic polymer @1kg/cum; spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.
Part C: Protection Works
Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material ordinary soil incl. dewatering of trenches and diverting of Nallah wherever necessary. complete Job
Providing concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 PCC grade M-10 (nominal mix 1:3:6).
Providing concrete in P/L of coping in M15 grade as per drawing and technical specification
Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and T.S clause 1204.3.8 with 2nd class stones/granular material
Random rubble Stone masonary in cement mortor in foundation complete as per drawing and specification clause 702,704,1202 & 1203. i) Random Rubble masonry dry(stone brought from source)
ii)Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 mix (Stone available at site)
Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm dia Black Anealed wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS :4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh(woven diagonally) including 10% extra for labs and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25kg each as per drawing and techincal specification clause 1301.(Stone available at site)
Part D: Cross Drainage

Supply, fitting and placing T.M.T bar reinforcement in super structure complete conforming to (Fe 415) as per drawing and technical specification clause 1002,1010 & 1202.
Providing and laying 250mm dia MS Pipe nominal bore conforming to 1.5 3589 of 1991 having 4.85mm wall thickness with 0.75% tolerance with weight of 32-08Kg per Mtr. And length of 6Mtr each for cross drainage embedded in trench by excavating earth and refilling of available earth cutting including carriage of pipe at site (complete job)
Part F: Road Furniture
Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS Plate of 1.6mm thick. Top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm X 5m size on back edges. The lower plates duly welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. the angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2Nos. 75mm x 75m of SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement conc. M-15 grade blocks 450mm x450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per clause 1701 and annexure 1700.1
Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per 1RC-67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawing and technical specification clause 801.
