Supply should be as per tender description only.

1. Item to be procured from OEM or his authorized agent. Offers from other than the OEM or his authorized dealer shall not be considered. 2. Firms other than OEM should/Enclose tender specific authorization or dealership certificate, failing which its offer shall be rejected.

Have you furnished Bank account details such as Name of the Bank and address, account no., MICR, IFSC code and type of account to facilitate EFT payment?

Have you furnished the statement of deviations [preferably nil]?

Have you attached any performance statements separately?

Have you submitted authenticated copy of the document authorizing the signatory to submit offer and commit on behalf of tenderers. Other conditions will be as per attached tender document.

To be delivered at concerned destination.

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises].

The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended]

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
