M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with CM (1:4) finished surface should be even and smooth including liquid WPC @ 0.2% by weight of cement complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note : Making grooves (of uniform size 15 mm x 15 mm) shall be included in quoted rates.

M & L for cleaning of OH PVC Service Tank of capacity upto 500 ltrs, internally by bailing out of water/sludge from bottom of sump, removing all scale, dirt, alges and other growths from entire surfaces of tank and from mouths of circulating pipes by rubbing with wire brushes and by high pressure cleaning method with roatary sets with approved detergents and sucking all dirty water by vaccum cleaners, disinfecting the tank with approved chemical/bleaching powder for making the surfaces bacteria free and cleaning with fresh water, including writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint on tank surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE- cleaning of OH PVC service tanks are safely to be handled Damage and breaking of tanks are on Contractors OWN risk.
