Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar including removal of rubbish out side MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and backing coat of any thickness and rubbish off the premises. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, concrete or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land . Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L for machine cut, machine polished granite slab 20 mm thick in flooring set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of stone laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified .

M&L for machine cut, machine polished granite tiles 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar set, jointed in cement paste and pointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of stone laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified

M&L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut machine polished kota stone slab in flooring of any size set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of stone laid over and including screed bed of 20mm thick in cm (1:6) including rubbing and polishing as specifed in SSR part I complete all as specified.

M&L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut machine polished kota stone slab of any size in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar set, jointed in cement paste and pointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of stone laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) including rubbing and polishing as specifed in SSR part I complete all as specified

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finished fair and even.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces on external face and finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :i) WPC will be measured and paid separately. ii) The work shall be carried out upto a height of 25mtr from GL including necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangements and the quoted rates are deemed to be included above provision.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces on internal face and finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying 1mm thick Birla White / JK White putty including filling properly uneven areas, holes, cracks etc and finally finishehed even and smooth surface and applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint interior grade over a coat of self primer complete all as specified.

Ditto- as per item No 14.00 above but on ceiling.

M & L for preparing new plasterd surfaces of external wall, sides of beams and column etc and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic antifungal paint (100% acrylic) exterior grade over a coat of one coat of self primer complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring and finished even and smooth with using extra cement including providing 3 mm thick glass dividing strips 38 mm wide in position complete all as specified.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 9 to 10 mm thick of approved colour in flooring set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick or 400 mm x 400 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick of approved colour in flooring set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 mm x 450 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick of approved colour in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement paste mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile laid over and including backing coat 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut, machine polished makrana marble tiles 20 mm thick in flooring as per existing pattern set, jointed and pointed in white cement slurry laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified .

M&L for machine cut, machine polished makrana marble tiles 20 mm thick in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat white cement paste and pointed in neat white cement slurry laid over and including backing coat 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting chases in brick walls pining in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of wall, steps, cills, sunshades lintel etc. and making good disturbed surfaces, cutting not exc 10 cm width or girth.

Taking down shutters of area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified

M&L for rounding to outer edges of stone slabs of steps, cooking platform and other similark works complete all as specified.

M & L for mirror polishing to the existing stone flooring to give high gloss finish with machine evenly with fine grade blocks (No. 120) and final grinding with finest grade grit blocks (No. 320) and finally oxalic acid shall be dusted over the surface at the rate of thirty three (33) gms. per square metre sprinkled with water and rubbed hard with pad of wooden rags and floor shall be wiped with a moist rag and dried with a soft cloth and finished clean including pointing of joints with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour complete all as specified.

M&L for Genty cleaning the surface of the stone masonry, arches and piers with specialized Water Misting Techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spry a fine mist along the stone surface of capacity not less than 120bar, without over wetting,followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild pH balanced surfactants as Specified for indicated areas to remove surface dirt, grit, sulphate accretions, lime wash and water based distemper from surface of stone by means of water misting and pH balanced surfactants and cleaning as directed by Engr-in-charg Note :The work shall be executed upto 25 mtr height from GL including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement.

M&L for applying two coats of stone top coat on external stone wall surfaces of approved shade complete all as specified. Note- The work shall be executed upto 25 mtr height from GL including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement.
