Dismantling plastering: Dismantling wall plastering (either in cement mortar or lime mortar), removing, transporting and disposal of the debris with all lead and lift etc. complete.

Dismantling Doors/ windows/ ventilators: Dismantling decayed or worn-out wooden/steel/RCC doors or windows or ventilators with frame and shutters, removing and transporting the debris with all lead and lift; and stacking the dismantled materials available for re-use in the departmental store as directed including transportation charges etc complete.

Laterite masonry for superstructure : Providing and constructing laterite size stone masonry including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing charges etc complete as per specifications for superstructure in CM 1:6

RCC door frame : Providing and fixing pre- fabricated non monolithic RCC door frames factory manufactured, in separate parts and assembled at bolt nuts system with mechanical table vibrating as per IS 6523-1983 with using M25 concrete as per IS 456 with a cross section of 60mm X100mm reinforced with 1.70 Kg of TMT steel reinforced with 3.00 no's of 6mm dia main TMT bars and 6mm dia stirrups welded at 40mm C/C in triangle shape per meter length of door frames , including cost of steel and fabrication charges having 3/4 no. stainless steel hinges plate attachment made of 165mm X25mm X 2.5mm stainless steel flat welded with required iron rods and flats with drilling for fixing flat CSK Head Machine screws and nut made out of 304 grade stainless steel screws, nut and MS square nut of size 8X8 square and length 10mm and making necessary provision in concrete for fixing aldrops, tower bolts and hold fasts etc., complete including two coats of oil based enamel primer providing without cill for shutter thickness upto 30mm, 21 days tank immersed curing including cost of labours, materials, HOM etc., complete excluding the cost of door fixtures as per the direction of the Engineer.

M. S. Grill work : Providing and fixing M. S. grill work for windows and ventilators using M. S. flats, or M. S. square rods, or combination of M. S. flats and square rods as per approved design, drawing including cutting steel sections and welding the same to required pattern with a coat of red lead primer of zinc chromate, cost of materials, fixtures, labour and HOM of machinery complete as per specifications.

GRP Door shutter 32 mm thick: Providing and fixing factory made single leaf rigid GRP Sandwich composite door shutter of 32mm thick, laminated with two GRP skins with wood grain finish, fabricated using U.V- stabilized Isopthalic Gelcoat and on layer of 450gsm E-Glass Chopped strand Mat (CSM), impregnated with orthopthalic polyester resin. The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.5mm. Expanded polystyrene EPS) structural foam panel of 29mm thickness and a density of 20 kg/m3 shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcements made of Seasoned Salwood block of cross section not less than 28x32mm and also necessary salwood reinforcements for fixing the metal fittings such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles, etc., shall be provided. A structural adhesive compatible with EPS foam shall be used for bonding the core material, the salwood reinforcement and the skins. The material and process for manufacturing the door shutters shall conform to RV/TIFAC Composites Design center Standards and specifications and the door shutters tested in conformation to IS 4020-1994. The finish of shutter will be plain colour White/Ivory/Beige/Light Grey or any other colour using high quality pigments, and inclusive of supply of shutter to respective work spot (excluding cost of fixture).

Fully glazed window shutter: Providing and fixing in position fully glazed for windows shutters with Honne wood styles and rails of 300mm thick 75mm wide in single shutters with 4mm thick plain/pinheaded glass fixed with wooden beeding including cost of materials, labour charges, HOM of machineries complete as per specification. ( excluding cost of fixtures).

Fixing of door shutters: Fixing of door /windows / ventilators shutters to existing frames including cost of labour, HOM etc., compete as per specifications.

CM 1:6 – 12 mm plastering : Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:6, to stone masonry / Concrete surface including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labours, coring complete as per specifications

Plastic emulsion painting for walls: Providing and applying painting in two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asian Royale luxury Emulsion/ Nerolac/ Berger/ Sherwin Williams/ equivalent) over one coat of Asian paints Deco Prime wall primer / equivalent on ceiling/ wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications. For wall surface (with Primer)

Primer coat to wooden surface: Applying priming coat over new wood surface and or wood based surface, after brushing with ready mix enamel priming paint including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning oil, grease dirt and foreign matter, sand papering and knotting read mix paint including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications.

Painting to Wood work: Providing and applying enamel metal paint, two coats, (excluding priming coat) over wood / wood based surface, brushing to give an even shade after cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter including cost of all materials, labour etc complete as per specifications. – Asian Apcolite Premium satin enamel/ Nerolac/ Berger or equivalent

Painting to steel work: Providing and applying enamel metal paint, two coats, (excluding priming coat) over new steel of other metal surface, brushing to give an even shade after cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter including cost of all materials, labour etc., complete as per specifications. – Asian Apcolite Premium satin enamel / Nerolac/ Berger or equivalent
