Supply and painting One coat on metallic surfaces of electrical equipment and other required surface at all levels with primer and following paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.3).

Supply and Installation of MS Brackets, Supports, Frame work, Clamps, Base Channels, etc. fabricated out of angle / Channel / Rods etc. The rate quoted shall include the cost of fabrication / welding, cleaning and painting/ galvanising as follows including supply of required, fasteners, nuts, washers, etc.(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.11).

Loading, Transportation, Unloading at site, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1100 Volts Grade PVC/HRPVC/XLPE insulated, Stranded Aluminium/copper conductor cables of following sizes in built-in trenches, on walls, poles and through embedded pipes including supply of GI spacer, clamps etc and as per the detailed specification (Note: Cable will be issued free of cost by the department).(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.3)

End Termination of the following sizes of Aluminium Conductor PVC Insulated and sheathed armoured UG Cable using Single Compression, Heavy Duty, Gland connecting the cable to the equipment such as Switches/Panel Boards etc. using Comet or equivalent make Aluminium crimping lugs as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of supply of Cable Gland and Lugs. The Contractor shall arrange for making holes wherever necessary for fixing cable gland. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.10.1).
