Supply only of calcium based granular chlorination chemical (chlorine contain 65-70%) with corrosion inhibitor & anti scaling agent to prevent distribution pipe line and safe for human consumption when used as water disfactant in 45 Kg factory sealed plastic containers. Note (i) Contractor should produce test certificate (from Central or State Government Lab) for % chlorine contain from any one drum of his supplied chlorination chemical for work order. (ii) Certificate from any DCGI approved lab for safe in human consumption to be produce by the contractor from the chemical manufacturer which is not earlier than one year (iii) The claim for corrosion inhibitor & anti scaling agent to prevent using or damage in distribution pipe line & accessories must be ratified by E-in-C's Br letter (copy of E-in-C's branch letter must be submitted to qualify for bid/tender) (iv) The quantity of materials should be taken from the contractor in phases.

Taking up or down steel tubing 25 to 40mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or for sch of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 50 to 100mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or for sch of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down gate valve /ball valves any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chambers of size 600 X 600 X 600 mm (internal dimensions) as under provided with 10 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation over 15 cm thick hard core, 23 cm thick brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick internal plaster including top of floor, externally upto 150 mm below GL in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, 3.00 mm thick MS sheet cover with 40 X 40 X 6 mm MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 50 mm thick coping with 25 X 6 mm flat iron hold fasts, hinges, handles, locking arrangements and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all steel surfaces and 3 coats of white wash to internal surfaces of chamber including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m including dismantling of old valve pit complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 150 mm bore ductile iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast class LA, in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of leakages in ductile iron pipes of any size(as above sizes) with all accessories as required on ground , all as per required and directed by engg In charge.

Supply and fixing CI body sluice valve class PN 1.6 with flanged ends of size 80mm bore having stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, operating wheel cast iron cape and connecting accessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of Motor 17.5 HP complete with supper enamelled heat resistant copper winding wire of same gauge nos of turn and weight of winding wire after cutting of worn out windings, preparing of winding slots, varnishing, heating and greasing etc including necessary lath work replacement of bambo strip, cotton taper, lather paper etc if required for rotar shaft and testing complete all as specified.

Lowering and re-fixing of submersible pump set at different places including pump set fitting commissioning and testing after replacement of defective parts with new one alongwith column pipe 50/80 mm bore with cable by suitable arrangement of chain pulley system and connection with starter electrically and connection with pipe line mechanically complete all as specified and detected. Note:- Defective parts if replaced shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

Flushing out/desilting of the bore well by using compressor hydro pressure jet for six hours air till clear the silt in the casing pipe by achiving clear water, and washing with hydro pressure jet using foam/oils, disinfecting the bore using sodium hypochloride solution and washing out till water is obtained to the required turbidity (clean water) to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair for water level indicator of Over Head tank balancing indicator type , including fixing and repair of air aviation light over OH tank ,arrangements complete all as directed.

Supply and fix star - delta starter of current rating 40 amps with upto 25 HP phase failure, phase imbalance, phase reversal short circuit protection including voltmeter, ammeter with ON - OFF trip indication and dry run preventer complete all as specified. Make:- L&T/ C&S/ ABB.

Material and labour for repair to booster pump single / multistage, centrifugal/ monoblock electric driven including replacement of impeller, gasket, gun metal bush etc., to bring it in serviceable condition of capacity 3 HP to 5 HP complete all as specified. (Rate of material deemed to be included n rate quoted)

Cleaning and removing of all silt, dirt, mud, etc. from inside the over head tank reservoirs of capacity 50000 gallons staging, inside and out side of wall, mouth of inlet and outlet pipe, removing disposal of the same to a distance not exc. 50 m and applying one coat of white wash on internal surfaces including preparation of old and wet surfaces and sign, writing with white enamelled paint on black back ground, height of letters not less than 7.50cm on column showing capacity of tank and date of cleaning complete all as specified Note for item Nos. above :- (i) Cleaning shall be done by scrapper, removing dirt with wire brush and washing with bleaching powder. (ii) The inlet/ outlet/ overflow pipe of OH tank/ sump shall be cleaned properly and care should be taken to prevent entry/accumulation of sludge into pipe line by blocking mouth of pipe. Any blockage of the inlet/ outlet/ overflow pipe line shall be found to be cleared without any extra cost and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iii) Writing the following words with white paint on black painted back ground to match with existing size and pattern :- (a) CLEANED ON:- ---- (b) NEXT DUE DATE OF CLEANING:- ---

Taking out and lifting of existing submersible pump set of any capacity, for carrying out repair/ overhauling of pump/ rewinding motor alongwith column pipe of 50/80 mm bore with submersible cable from the bore well of depth upto 70 to 140 m and transporting to work shop, replacement of defective parts, opening, cleaning, oiling, greasing and reinstallation including testing, commissioning complete all as specified. Note:- Spare parts if replaced shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

Supply only submersible motor bearing bush of capacity suitable for upto 25 HP as per existing size and make complete all as specified and directed.
