Supplying a) Hot Rolled Steel Sheet Piling, ZType or U-Type as per IS: 2314-1986, up to Amendment No.1 June 2018, structural steel material conforming to Grade Designation E 410 (Fe 540), of IS 2062: 2006 having rmrumum yield strength of 410 N'mm', at worksite including all statutory taxes, duties and incidental charges, for use in (a)All sorts of hydraulic structures, including bridges and, (b) below structural flood walls las cut off walls on top of embankments, constructed to lower the phreatic lines, having minimum thickness, mass and elastic modulus within the permissible range as shown below; Specification i) Range of Range of Mass minimum (Kg Isq.m) thickness (excluding tolerance) at any part Range of Elastic Modulus (crn ') in mm. Driving Non alloy steel/ M.S. sheet piles of any kind of approved type and size conforming to IS code in all kinds of soil/ soil mixed with gravel, shingle & pebbles, by monkey hammer including handling, cutting to requisite size, drilling holes, hoisting in position, welding, fabrication of sets of tapper piles, corner piles etc. with clutch bars as may be required including staging, scaffolding and hire charges of driving machinery and equiepments, craping and cleaning piles, painting the sufrace with one coat of surface primer of approved make and brand and two coats of ready mixed oil bound paint (except red lead and black japan) etc including all cost of labours, supply and carriage of equipments to site (by any mean) as per drawing and direction of EIC but excluding the cost of sheet piles. Providing and laying pre-cast brick block pitching of required size (53 Cm. x 53 Cm, x 25 Cm. or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge ) with 1st class kiln burnt bricks in cement mortar including flush pointing on all faces except exposed face which to be plastered with 19 m.m. thick cement plaster , curing, dressing, ramming & preparing subgrade in slopes & bed complete with necessary earth work not exceeding 300 mm in depth with all leads & lifts including cost of all materials/ blocks up to site by all means of transport. Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m ht. shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4 m or part thereof) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of, Beyond 500 metre and upto 1.00 km NB :- Measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / prepost work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. Earthwork from borrow pits over existing embankment or for repairs to embankment, closing breaches etc. within an initial lead of 30 metre and lift of 1.50 metre including breaking clods and depositing the same in layers not exceeding 25 cm. and rough dressing etc. complete as per profile.

R.C. Guard post Supplying fitting and fixing R.C. guard post 1.37m long with C.C. 1:2:4 with graded stone chips of 13.2mm down casting , curing complete including cost of providing 4nos.of 12mm dia. rod of length 1.54m as main reinforcement and 6 nos. of round shaped 8mm dia rods used as binders; the placing of the first binder should be at 75mm below the top finished surface and the other 5 nos of binders should be placed at 245mm c/c ; the guard post is of octagonal section with inscribed circle of dia 24cm at the base tapering to corresponding dimensions of 16cm at the top including two coats of painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and grade to form 6 nos. horizontal alternate bands in white/tannery yellow and black to 90 cm length standing up above ground after mending good damages if any during striking off shuttering, making hole in ground of 47cm depth and 30cm. minimum dia, fixing the guard posts in the same holes and repacking the earth properly so as to keep the guard posts standing properly erect in correct position true to line and length including carriage of R. C. Guard Post with due care to the site including loading into the truck and unloading at site complete in all respect. With Pakur variety stone chips
Painting on concrete surface Providing and applying 2 coats of cement washing with admixture of pigment if necessary as directed by Engineer-in-charge to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and using cement @ 2.50 kg per 10 sqm. of surface.
Compacting earthwork in embankment in layers of 25 cm. by power roller or by any other mechanical means, like tractor driven sheep foot roller/ vibrating plate compactor earth rammer etc., (not at OMC) including necessary watering, labour charges, hire charges of all materials, tools & plants etc. and including cost and supply of all materials complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on the basis of Pre-work & Post-work level)
Drainage Spouts in Superstructure including providing drip mouldings and also including supplying, fitting and fixing approved type of materials complete as per drawing and Technical specification vide clause no. 2705 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge Works.
Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary. Depth up to 150 mm.
Edging with 2nd Class Bricks, Laid Dry Lengthwise Edging with 2nd class bricks, laid dry lengthwise, including excavation, refilling, consolidation, with a hand packing and spreading nearly surplus earth within a lead of 50 metres
Mending Potholes and depressions by stitching picked jhama bricks with one brick-on-edge laid in herring bone pattern and including necessary cushion of sand below the soling (and in between layers) including cutting the pothole area to rectangular shape with vertical edges, removing all loose materials, finishing the surface to match with adjacent areas complete as per direction. One brick-on-edge laid in herring bond pattern (thickness 125 mm)
Bailing out water by pump including all leads and lifts and including making all arrangements for disposal, where continuous flow or seepage of water is encountered and rating of pumps and hours of operation is specifically ascertained as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
