NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - I to III are prepriced by MES under Ser No.1.00 to 3.00 Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-6 only.

Schedule ‘A’ Part - IV (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) NOTE:- Schedule ‘A’ Part - IV (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate left blank under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green colour filled under Col-6.

Demolition of RCC Overhead Water Tank including site clearence complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate includes for demolition of 20 m height staging water tank including necessary scafolding, safty measures like safty nets and other connected arrangements required for safe demolition. (ii) Extreme care shall be taken while demolishing the existing structure in order to avoid life/ building hazards in the surrounding area. (iii) All debries shall be removed and deposited outside MoD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Schedule of credit for retrived old materials are listed in Schedule "A' Part V. (v) Necessary permission from the local authorities is to be obtained by the contractor at his arrangment and expenses for disposal of demolished materials. No extra payment is admissible on this account. (vi) Necessary barricading using wire netting all around the existing OHT at a distance of minimum 5.0m away from the outer periphery of existing 20 m height RCC OHT in order to avoid life hazards to the surrounding area. No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (vii) Demolition of the existing Over head tank also includes complete demolision of existing foundation upto 3.0m depth.

Supply, lay and testing Ductuile iron pipes with flanged ends class K9 confirming to IS: 8329 with inside surface of centrifugaly cast cement morter lined suitable for fiber board gasket/rubber joint in any length laid in trenches/fixed on wall/ on RCC frame structure of size 150mm dia all as specified and directed.

S&F rubber or fiber board gasket for joining of flanged DI pipes and fitting of size 150mm dia including provision for suitable size of bolts, nuts, washers and white lead or minral oil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm dia sluice valve flanged including provision of rubber or fiber board gasket for joining and provision for suitable size of bolts, nuts, washers and white lead or minral oil of complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of valve chamber of internal size 1000 x 1000 x 900mm with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation brick walls in CM 1:6 PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping rendering in CM 1:4 15mm thick on both internal and external surfaces including provision of MS sheet cover 3mm thick and 25x25x3mm angle frame embedded in coping with two coats of red oxide primer with necessary locking arrangements including necessary earth work and excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Digital water level indicator complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60x60x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earthpit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt, nit, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class 'B' of old size laid dry in trenches for under ground cable protection all as specified and as directed.
