Cutting of vegetable plant (girth not exceeding 300mm) from roof, terrace, chajjas etc digging out the roots and making good the surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with surfaces finished to match complete including scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including brick tiles plastering and leeping upto full height of bldg including necessary scaffolding arrangement complete (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) and removing rubbish from cantonment area or as directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting out craks to V-section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof treatment in following stages, complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Preparation of concrete surfaces by wire brush and cleaned top surfaces of cement concrete . (ii) PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm gradded aggregate) to maintain slope with average thickness of 40mm as in roof padding alongwith liquid water proofing compound (FOSROC SBR LATEX). (iii) Applying evenly two coats of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.5 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces (iv) APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and wieghing not less than 3.0 Kg per Sqm , black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt with a thermo fasable finish laid over bitumen primer @ 0.5Kg/ Sqm by torching application with a propane or a butrane gas torch with an overlap of 100mm at the sides and 150mm at the ends, as per manufacturers instructiions incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed (Manufacturer as approved by GE).

M&L for cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 - 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded,chamfered on edge or for slope correction etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid floors or concealed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid floors or concealed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 09 above, but exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of 500 Ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, concrete surface of walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plasered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipe (any size) or pattern incl all fittings, head shoes, bends swan necks etc incl cleaning or re-fixing or removal to store(measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends/ Tee any radius, 110mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F holder bat clamps 100mm bore out of 50mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any discription and in any position, including cutting of reinforcement from adjoining RCC component to faciliate demolition, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-I using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (Nominal Mix) as in Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including muld seel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 27 above, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for from work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses,etc.; vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick prepainted galvanized, zinc coated corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanized mild steel sheeting in ridges hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings ( length and girth as fixed) with grade zinc coating 120 gm/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of MS steel work in post,gats ,boundry wall, roof truses etc, including cutting structural steel from truses , any type and any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses prepainted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabricationincluding special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tube conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 11 to 15 mm thick mild steel screws bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screws both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm not exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plate, riveting, etc n.exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe-290. Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair plywood 6mm thick, grade BWR, type BB, fixed as in ceiling board including painting preparation of new wooden surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cms width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coats of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm longand expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and including Powder coated anodised aluminium snap grid frame size 605 x 605 mm and 2-3 mm thick for false ceiling complete all as specified

S&F acoustic gypsum perforated board 12 mm thick of size 600x600 mm fixed in ceiling or laid/ inserted to Aluminium snap grid complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and directed complete .

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and direct complete

M&L for chipping of spelled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting, scrubbing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as anti rust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of a layer of epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and provide gunniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and total aperture 75 mm, thickness of gunite n.exc 25 mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :2 with OPC 43 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2 % by weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface as in side and soffits of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height upto full height of buildings including removing of small trees shrubs etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Steel mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.)

Note :- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Sch of Credit of this Tender.
