REPAIR MAINT AND RENEWAL OF DB EARTHING AND MISC INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AT VSN NAGPUR

Material and labour for testing of old earthing using calibrated earth tester & submitting result to Engg -in -charge. Earthing which showing much more results as specified in IS rule and disconnetivity should be replaced with new earthing. The earthing testing should be carried out after considering as below. Note : (i) Watering of earthing with 2 Buckets (30Ltrs) water mixed with salt (total 5 Kg) shall be carried out one day before the testing & the cost of the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode, 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below nominal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below nominal ground level connected to earthing lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR PART 1 of 2020 to the earthing test point all as specified and as directed. Note :- The cost of excavation and earth work PCC pit and RCC cover funnel & watering pipe, wiremesh, charcoal dust and common salt earth lead protection pipe upto 7.5 Rmt shall be deemed included in the unit rate for earthing all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairing of broken earthing pits chamber with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with funnel and wire mesh for watering pipe all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacing of broken earthing pits cover with RCC (1:2:4) type B0, with funnel and wire mesh for watering pipe complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cutting / boring of PCC/hard standing at a depth not more than 30 cm deep and 30 cm in breadth for passing earthing conductor and making good the disturbed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling / taking down old GI pipe and supply and fixing of GI pipe light grade of size 15 mm bore for laying in trenches/floors or walls including all fittings for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking down old GI earth wire and material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 4 mm dia GI or steel wire fixed to wall on batten or recessed or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe all as required at site.

Material and labour for Earthing complete in replacement with copper plate earth electrode 600X600X3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to 20x3mm copper strip at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and copper strip protection pipe 32 mm bore (light grade) upto test point all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : Copper strip and protection pipe 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fixing in replacement copper strip 20x3 mm on wall/batten on insulators or recessed or buried in ground complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI pipe light grade of size 25 mm bore for laying in trenches/floors or walls including all fittings for fixing complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chemical Earthing complete in replacement with pure copper earthing electrode 80mm dia buried directly in ground upto 3 meter maintenance free electrode with BFC earthing chemical compound 25 kg x 2 bags, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia including testing complete as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully sub-main wiring of any description and making good to ther disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring (concealed/surface as required) complete with four single core 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 25 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy grade and conduit accessories including 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed.Havells Note: 5 run of 6 sqmm & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single unit.

Taking down carefully any type point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface) complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in PVC Caping/Casing of size 20x12 to 25x16, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories and making good the disturbed surface, with and including suitable modular boxes surface type switch plates and 1.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following complete all as specified and as directed (a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One ceiling/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 6 amps on same board.

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet 6 amps on independent board.

Taking down old unserviceable and Supply & fixing Switch modular type, single pole one way 6 Amps, 230 volts Ac suitable for modular switch boxes without indicator, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fixing socket modular type single pole one way 6 Amps 3 pin, 230 volts all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fixing ceiling rose ISI marked surface bakelite, 65 x 50 mm, two to three terminals all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fixing new LED security light fitting 25 W, IP 66 rating, made out of pressure die cast aluminium powder coated housing high impact resistant 4 mm thick toughened glass cover and matrix of power LEDs in built electronic driver, fitted with adjustable pole adopter to enable on site tilt angle setting and input power 25 W system lumens 85/W operating voltage 160-260 V Note : (i)Quoted rate are deemed to be included for security ligh brackets made out of 25 mm / 20 mm dia GI medium grade tubing of suitable length and bend to shape including fixing MS flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts as per site requirement .

Taking down old unserviceable any type fittings and supply & fixing new Decorative LED light 36 watt recessed mounting type complete with all accessories & connector etc internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fxing new master led tube 4ft 20 W LED Tube Polycarbonate type having nominal system lumen output of 2100 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 100 lm/W. The luminaire shall have a rated system lifetime of 40,000 burning hours at L70.The luminaire should have a color temperature of 6500K and CRI>83. The luminaire shall meet IP20 rating with THD < 10% and PF > 0.95. The total power consumption should not exceed 20W (including driver).

Taking down old unserviceable andsupply & fxing new decorative box type fitting with blue coloured end caps pre wired for LED tube energy of 20 Watt.

Supply and fixing LED batten industrial box type luminare suitable for single T8 LED tube.

Taking down old unserviceable and Supply and fixing new surface mounting LED Luminaries and 1 x 10 Watt LED fitting with connecting up with copper 3 core flexible cord of minimum size 1.5 Sqmm size complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out the existing any type fittings from ceilings and Supply and fixing new 18 Watt LED round/square recessed flat panel light pearl model with locking arrangement in ceiling with a nominal system lumen output of 1800 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 100 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70.

Taking down old unserviceable any type fittings, supply & fixing new decorative LED light 18 watt round/square surface mounting flat panel type complete with all accessories & connector etc internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fixing sheet metal enclosures for DB's for incorporating MCBs, TPN, 4 way, IP-43 with metal double door, 415 volts, as per IS-8623 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fixing MCB TPN, 63 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve confirming to IS/IEC 60898-1 2002,integrated label holder, sliding bottom clamp , IP 20 protected terminal, sliding shutters, 240 volts, 50 HZ including making necessary incoming and outgoing electrical connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fixing sheet metal enclosures for SPN DB's with metal double door for incorporating MCBs, IP-43, 8 way with 200 amps rated busbar, 230 volts, as per IS-8623 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fixing MCB SPN, 32 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve confirming to IS/IEC 60898-1 2002,integrated label holder, sliding bottom clamp , IP 20 protected terminal, sliding shutters, 230 volts, 50 HZ including making necessary incoming and outgoing electrical connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fixing MCB SP 10-32 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve confirming to IS/IEC 60898-1 2002,integrated label holder, sliding bottom clamp , IP 20 protected terminal, sliding shutters, 230 volts, 50 HZ including making necessary incoming and outgoing electrical connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc.

Material and labour for fabrication of MS sheet 3 mm including bending to required shape/welding including hinges and panel locks with handle of MS flat 20x3 mm required size completer for doors of meter/MCB DB panel wall mounted/floor standing outdoor type including one coat of enamel paint over one coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fabrication of MS sheet 2 mm including bending to required shape/welding including hinges and panel locks with handle of MS flat 20x3 mm required size completer for doors of meter/MCB DB panel wall mounted/floor standing indoor type including one coat of enamel paint over one coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel work in framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for srew, including bending and welding angles as necessary, gusset platess, riveting etc. including nut & bolts complete all as specified and directed.
