Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5mtr deep and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

M & L for Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm agg) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoarsed, well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones & dressing of face beds and joints as specified of RR walling uncoarsed or brought upto course, max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 20 mm lime or sand stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing to RR, uncoursed or brought upto course stone masonry in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of guage 80 to 150 mm broken stone or boulders behind weep holes ccomplete all as per specified and as directed.

S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre cast PCC bonders (for stone walling), type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete in coping type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills , gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars , barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing to new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed..

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete type-A1, 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete, type-A1, 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded stone aggregate) Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified.

M & L for Reinforceed cement concrete type-A1, 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded stone aggregate) Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

All as per items No 18 above , but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste Formwork to sides of concrete of rough finished on flat surfaces in foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste Form work in rough finished surfaces of of rectangular, square or polygonal sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified.

Use and waste form work Formwork to sides and soffits in rough finished flat surfaces of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 (1:3: 6, 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) as backing coat and 5 mm th in CM 1:4 using finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed on External surface. Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately

Supply only for water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of white or tinned with cement base paint over priming coat on exterior wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-500D complete all as specified.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining, fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provisioning of galvanised mild steel wire, staples of steel pins etc all as specified and directed.

M & L to Framed work as in doors or gates (ornamental and intricate disingn) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete and structural steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild 1.60mm thick steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or Boulders complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in Sub base for floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using (12.5mm graded aggregate ) as in levelling course under floor tiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tile with grey cement and pigment (of approved tint) of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement Mortar 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified.
