REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT OF AND IMPROVEMENT OF HT 11 KV ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS CONSISTING OF TRANSFORMER VCB, HT OH LINE, HT UG CABLE, HT POLES AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES UNDER GE WELLINGTON.

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of poles etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Sl No 1 here in before but exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m in depth

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing sand cushioning for protection of UG cable in trenches with dry (coarse) sand approved quality including filling, spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Only punned thickness of sand shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm in trenches for protection of UG Cable with width equal to length of PCC cover, laid dry & flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of steel poles/struts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/road crossing including necessary form work and finishing all exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 100mm bore galvanized iron pipe, light grade for cable protection with all fittings, laid in trenches, fixed to wall or laid in floor/road crossing or on pole, etc., including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing the existing HT 11 KV cable of size 3 core 95 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm for re-routing or extending and re-laying the same complete all as specified and directed. Note-1. Necessary excavation and earth work, sand cushion, PCC cable cover, GI protection pipe for re-laying will be measured and paid separately. Note-2. Additional cable and joints required will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 (Earthed) volts grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cable Jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 12 herein before but for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sq mm.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No 14 herein before but for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and install steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410SP-55 (11.0 meter long) and including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide and black bituminous paint on the hidden surface in foundation including drilling of holes for fixing of D Iron clamp and holes for continuous GI earth wire as required complete including dismantling of old unserviceable steel poles/struts of any size all as specified and directed

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including Dismantling of old cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as directed

Dismantling of insulators any type and any size complete as specified and as directed.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, size 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green of size 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, stringing in position complete including dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for galvanised steel wire of 4 mm dia/8mm dia as in guard wire, continuous earth wire etc including taking down old unserviceable wires complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L for Servicing the existing Gang operated Air Break switch, operated from ground of capacity upto 400 Amps, 11 KV, 3 Pole, including greasing, replacing worn out/ rusted nuts, bolts, washers, etc. and providing coloured sleaves for jumper connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for switch Air break Gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, with 12 insulator for current rating upto 400 Amps 11000 Volt including dismantling of old unserviceable GOD complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Lightning arrestors complete with all fittings, station class, discharge capacity, 65 KA, 11000 Volts including dismantling old unserviceable arrestors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for expulsion fuse (DO Fuse), single pole, 11000 Volts, 100 Amps including dismantling old unserviceable expulsion fuse complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for stay assembly with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 with stay rod 16 mm dia including dismantling the old unserviceable stay complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level and connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron including PCC pit & cover with suitable handle including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with GI pipe Light grade 15mm dia as earth wire protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr length, GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia as watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber with 10mm thick RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earth testing point including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Galvanised iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earth continuity or main earthing lead fixed to wall/pole/buried in ground etc including taking down old unserviceable strip complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 40mm bore, GI Pipe, light grade fixed as earth lead protection, fixed on wall/pole/laid on floor etc including taking down old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed.

De-carbonsing/cleaning complete HT panels board, 11 KV cubicle type, consists of bus bar chamber, circuit chamber and metering chambers by opening the spout/bus covers inspecting the bus bar joints, cleaning of bus bars, checking the bus bar spouts and circuit spouts for any flash covers/tracks, applying Becktol red solution to the bus bars and spouts having moderate tracking, replacement of bus bar/circuit spouts in case of spouts subjects to heavy tracking, applying HT insulated red compounds/Monoplist compound at the bus bard joints after tightening of joints, cleaning of bus bar insulators and bus bars with CTC and ensure proper de-carbonisation and re-assembling complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dehydration & Filtration of oil used in transformers and oil circuit breakers by means of high pressure vacuum filtration machine to achieve the required breaking capacity and dielectric strength of not less than 40 KV for 2.5 mm Gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Before commencement of filtration of oil, the dielectric strength of oil in each transformer/OCB shall be tested and report be submitted to the AGE. If the test values are not within the desire range, then the filtration of oil shall be carried out. No separate payment for testing of oil shall be made if the oil of the transformer/OCB is not filtered. (b) Contractor has to submit the details of the oil filtration machine to the department prior commencement of job for approval. (c) Contractor shall ensure that conservation tank is full to its level before starting the dehydration process. (d) Hire charges for machine and its transportation to the site are also deemed to be inclusive in the item rate quoted.

S&F HT Bushing insulator with brass spindle, nuts, check nuts & washers etc suitable for outdoor type transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA including taking down unserviceable bushings from the transformer all as specified and as directed.

S&F LT Bushing insulator with brass spindle, nuts, check nuts & washers etc suitable for outdoor type transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA including taking down unserviceable bushings from the transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill topping oil of grade 50 KV in transformers and oil circuit breakers to make up to the level complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Power oil or techno commercially equivalent.

Taking down existing unserviceable silica gel from breather of transformer and supply and fill new gel in the breather complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable breather assembly of transformer and supply and fix new breather assembly complete as specified and as directed.

Repair/Servicing of transformer outdoor type 11 KV/433 V, 100 KVA to 315 KVA capacity by disconnecting all connections, taking to a reputed work shop, strip open, disconnecting the terminal connections, removing and taking out the winding with core, varnishing the winding and heating, draining out the old transformer oil, removing the deposit from the tank, cleaning the tank using suitable cleaning agent, re-installing the coil with core, re-assembling, re-connecting the coil to the HT/LT terminals, closing the top cover including supply and replacing complete gaskets and filling of Transformer oil up to required level, transporting back original location, connecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note - Copper winding, Transformer oil, HT/LT rods & bushing, painting ,breather assembly etc as required will be measured and paid in the relevant items.

M&L for new copper winding using super enameled winding wire including washing winding for transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting 4 pole structure consisting of 11 mtr swaged steel tubular poles including cross arms, brackets, clamps etc with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and pasting radium red stickers/paint with 3 lines around the pole and numbering of pole with synthetic enamel white paint on black base complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 41 herein before but for painting to 2 pole structure

M&L for painting the external exposed surfaces of steel tubular sewaged/rails pole of 9/11 mtrs long along with cross arm, brackets and connected accessories with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and pasting radium red stickers/paint with 3 lines around the pole and numbering of pole with synthetic enamel white paint on black base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling with 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in plinths of out door transformer, sub stations, panel board yards etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
