Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for foundations etc or for cesspits, manholes,not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) including removal of debries out of defence land complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Reinforced concrete pipes, 300 mm bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with and including collars laid in trenches at any depth, jointing and testing complete, all as specified.

Material and Labour for Reinforced concrete pipes, 200 mm bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with and including collars laid in trenches at any depth, jointing and testing complete, all as specified.

Material and Labour for 150mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches, complete all as specified. Note:- Cost for making through hole(s) required to lay the pipe in wall and making good the disturbed surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each as in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified. NOTE: For payment purposes volume of returning filling shall be considered after 10% deduction.

Removing of surplus soil / excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe of 150 mm bore, making good the damaged surface after cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates, smooth finished & reforming benching as required, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe of 300 mm bore, making good the damaged surface after cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates, smooth finished & reforming benching as required, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removal of rubbish outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition vide srl item No 16 here-in-before shall be reused after proper cleaning & washing etc.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channel/ drains inside the manholes and the like including rounding to any radius, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including provision of necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, on fair face of brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete in precast cover slab and similar work and reinforcement cut to facilitate demolition, removing rubbish out side MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slabs, set in cement mortar 1:4, including provision of necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for TMT steel bars,10 mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs.36,110.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
