Providing and fixing internal wall panels on Aluminium rectangular tube 40 mm x20 mm frame work with 8.00 mm thick Bison cement panel board as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make, Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick of 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm. Proper taping and jointing to be done using fiber mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamless finish.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Ordinary cement without any pigment

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary fillings up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) : For shutter for door,window & ventilator including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fittings wherever required. Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) : With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauge to window,clerestory window & doors complete,stainless steel ( grade 304) wire gauge of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete. 10 litre capacity - White

Brickwork with flyash bricks of class desiganation 35 in super structure : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture,over the plasterd wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic emulsion, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture,including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour Two or more coatson new work.

Finishing wall with Acrylic smooth exterior paint-old work: One or more coat

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3;6( 1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate of nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry bricks ballast 40mm nominal size well ramped and consilated and grouted with fine sand including finishing at top smooth.

Painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.
