Providing & fixing Prelaminated PVC SHEET False ceiling of any height of thickness 5mm ( ±0.25 ) consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 35mm plain wide strips of 5mm ( ±0.25 ) thick PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be Density of 600 Kg /Cbm Manufactured by an ISO9001-2015 certified Company. The strips should have in their center of grove of 6mm width and 1mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the any surface of ceiling with corrosive resistant painted MS Tube framing of size(RHS) 40mmX20mm X2mm @ 1.78 kg/mtr at an equal interval of 10" between two MS tube framing & this frame grid shall be properly secured with walls and anchored to roof /ceiling with the help of suitable clamps/fastner with complete work . The 5mm PVC strips shall be fixed to the iron framing using 25mm long M.S. screws through the groove in the strip. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at any size of panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the iron framing with respect to the ceiling complet work as per direction of the engineer-incharge.
